The Bluff House is located in the exclusive Estates section of Margaritaville resort and is famous for having some of the best views of the lake. There is nothing like watching an Ozark sunset from one of our three decks or relaxing with a glass of wine in our hottub.
Our home is designed to accomodate large groups and families. Every one of our bedrooms is spacious and offers comfortable beds, private sitting area, in room television and a private deck. Every bedroom has their own private bathroom as well. You will appreciate the large open living room and dining room area as well as one of the only sunrooms in a home on Margaritaville that allows for 180 degree views of the lake.
Our kitchen is well stocked with all of the items that you need to prepare meals and a grill is provided as well as ample outdoor seating so you can enjoy your time at the lake.

You will see why our guests come back year after year.

Our home is located in the Estates section of Margaritaville and guests have access to the community outdoor pools from May-September. Additionally, for additional fees guests can contact the resort and utilize their Jolly Mon Indoor Waterpark, bowling alley, miniature golf, spa, arcade, billards bar, horse riding stables, fitness center, the Landshark bar with swimup bar and beach, and three other dining restaurants. The resort offers several other outdoor pools that are available seasonally as directed by the resort. If you are a golfer you will be in heaven with access to a 9 hole and 18 hole Championship Golf Course.

If you are bringing a boat there is a convenient unloading area as you enter the resort and you can rent a boat slip at Margaritaville during your stay. They also offer onsite boat, jet ski and paddle boat rentals. Our house is located at the 25 MM in the center of everything.

There is parking for four vehicles and additional parking available at designated resort lots.

Review

The owner's of the property are charging us most of security deposit to fix/replace items WE DID NOT DAMAGE! The controls on the hot tub were not working properly and were not visible on screen. When you pressed buttons to warm water you couldn't tell how hot it was getting. Danger to children. I didn't want to mention it to owners after staying for fear they would attempt to charge us for that as well.

Labor Day weekend 24’

Absolutely beautiful place with the most gorgeous view of the lake from both inside and outside the home. Every room was perfectly decorated and had all the “extras” you could need. Our host even left goodies in the refrigerator and a homemade pillow in a gift bag for us. Such thoughtful and kind hosts and highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a place right on the lake. We’ll definitely be back!

Wonderful stay

The host was so very kind and responsive. The house was perfect and clean upon arrival. Irma had gifts for us and made sure throughout stay we were happy and taken care of. We have stayed in many vacation houses and have never received gifts or treatment like this!!! We will absolutely book with her again and she and this house are very highly recommended!!!! 😊

Great spot for family

Great spot. Each room was large and had its owns balcony and was on a different floor offering quite a bit of privacy for our guests. There was also great gathering space with a large balcony and two living areas attached to the kitchen.we had everything we needed there to cook at home for a few of the days. The hosts were in touch as well to ensure we had what we needed!

This property was simply amazing. There is no better view than what you have there. Every bedroom was so big and spacious. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need. We stayed in the house while attending a family reunion near by. The house was clean and comfortable. Irma was very responsive and provided extra welcome gifts upon arrival. Perfect for our family

Our stay was great! It was my husband‘s 50th birthday, and Irma had some sweet surprises for us! She made some little booties/moccasins. They are the cutest things! Lotsa space to move around and beautiful views from the deck of the lake. The weather was perfect, and we loved coming off, season in the quietness as we sat on the deck. We saw bats, ducks on the water, and a few boats go by. It got in the upper 70s and we enjoyed a wonderful boat ride. We rented from WFO Watersports. We highly recommend them! We would stay here again if we come to the same area! Most of Margaritaville was not open, so we could not enjoy the waterpark or the pools as it was too early for their open season.

Irma and Richard made our stay world class...every detail was thought out and executed to perfection. Amazing Ozarks Home

We research properties every year for our next family adventure and we hit the jackpot with this house! Not only was it clean, beautiful and well located….but our hosts made our family experience better with their suggestions to visit and constant communication about the area. Perfect Place for a Family!

This property is tucked into a very private area, filled with trees and greenery for morning walks which seem like you are in the woods yet with the BEST view on the lake from the patio. The home is open and bright, with bedrooms tucked in areas so you dont hear the late evening card games...The host is responsive and caring. Dont Miss this one. YOU will not go wrong with renting this home. Truly Epic!

This property offers some of the most stunning views of the main channel. Watching the sunset from this location is absolutely breathtaking and that is why it is referred to as "The Bluff House". Additionally, the location is in the heart of everything there is to do at the lake and is minutes from the main Margaritaville resort with lots of amenities and fun. It offer large private spaces for everyone in your group and a large living room and multiple decks to truly enjoy the lake. Don't forget the hot-tub, this is always a great way to relax and unwind after a day out at the lake.
