This reverse living home offers air conditioning, a great room with gas fireplace, smart TV and Blu-ray player, open kitchen, dining area, high ceilings with open beams which create a warm welcoming environment on the main floor. Step outside on to the spacious side deck to find outdoor seating, and a gas BBQ.

On the main level you'll find the ensuite bedroom with king bed, flat screen TV, attached bathroom with walk-in shower and a private balcony.

Downstairs there are two bedrooms. Bedroom one has a Queen bed and Bedroom two has a bunk bed plus two twins. Both rooms have flat screen TVs. They are nicely separated for privacy with a full bathroom in between.

Enjoy a soak under the stars in the private, enclosed hot tub or a friendly game of ping pong, located in garage. When you are ready to explore Sunriver, take a short stroll or head off on one of the 4 adult bikes provided - The Village at Sunriver is less than a mile down the bike path! Acres of green fairways at 2 award-winning golf courses, horseback riding, and lazy summertime floats along the Deschutes River are all accessible within a few mile radius of this Sunriver vacation rental. Looking for wintertime fun? Try snowshoeing on the fairways or head up to Mt. Bachelor, just a mere 20 miles from your front door.

Good-Efficient Family House!

We have stayed at many rentals in Sunriver over the years, and this house is among the more comfortable ones. While it is a bit small, it has everything a family needs. The kitchen is well equipped, the furnishings are comfortable, and the ping pong table is a plus. I would recommend viewing the house on Google Earth - for neighborhood views. Note also that to access the hot tub, one goes through the garage. Not a big deal, but not typical of most homes. We recommend the house.

Great Home

We loved the house—and layout. It has everything you need, hot tub, ping pong, bikes, great deck. It’s a bit tighter than it appears in the pictures—but comfortable and we had a blast. Only bummer was the proximity to the sewer treatment plant. It’s private and a great home, but seeing/hearing the working utility plant is worth considering.

Quick Getaway

Nice property, well appointed, close enough to amenities in SR. Only drawbacks: empty beer cans left in yard and on main deck; used vape pen left on main deck; dishes and bowls in cupboards were stuck together b/c they were still dirty, needed to be rewashed. Bennington always does a great job managing properties - these were minor things, but we felt you should know about them.

Great service

We really enjoyed the house and all the extra care from the property manager. I could text them with questions anytime and they helped me figure out how to order a tow car to the airport last minute.

Long weekend getaway

We stayed here for my husband to run the Cascade 100 and it felt like a home away from home. The jacuzzi was a nice addition and we had plenty of room for the kids to play. The kitchen had everything we could of ever needed! This is a great central location and it was a nice quiet neighborhood that felt very private being the only house on that side of the street. Would 100% recommend and we will be staying here again! Thank you Bennington Properties for being so responsive and creating a great experience for us!

Great Hosts!

The house was great for our family (ages 10-78). As mentioned in the description Sunriver Utilities is directly behind the house. The noise was not loud enough on the weekday mornings to wake us up, but was noticeable once awake for short periods of time. There was a slight odor every once in a while as well. The house was very well stocked with everything we needed. The communication and responsiveness from Bennington properties was outstanding. Their check in and check out process is excellent.

Convenient to Bend Area's Popular Attractions

The home was clean and was pretty well stocked with what we needed. (The only exception was it needed some type of cleaning products available, perhaps under the kitchen sink such as Fantastic, Windex and a cook-top cleaner for keeping the kitchen tidy while we cooked meals.) The location was a perfect spot for doing day hikes, visiting Bend shopping areas, and seeing local attractions. The Sun-river complex was lovely, quiet and well maintained. The bikes were a nice feature but two of the four had flat tires which we could not pump up, so sadly we didn't do bike rides. Overall we enjoyed our week long stay at the home and would return to Sun-river if we ever return to the Bend area.

Sun River is Awesome!

This property is clean, in good condition, and is as pictured online. The property does back to a maintenance yard for the community, however, and there were large cranes and heavy equipment in use during our stay. Also, while the property is adequately stocked with kitchen ware, there are no toiletries provided other than bar soap, no cleaning supplies, and no dryer sheets. Minor inconveniences.

Issues

Please do rent from Bennington Properties. They were very responsive to all of our issues and tried to make things better. Do not rent Malheur 1. Construction noise and the smell of human waste the entire week ruined our trip.
