Imagine…..waking up to your morning coffee while watching the sunrise and the dolphins playing! As your day comes to an end it becomes a surreal peaceful venue to enjoy a glass of wine in the evening as you catch a beautiful sunset. The condo is located on the 7th floor at Silver Beach Towers (served by high-speed elevators), the perfect location, not too high and not too low!

This is a superior, end unit, with great square footage, a larger Gulf-front balcony, and an exceptional view even from the dining area! Inside you will find well thought out features! We have included a KING bed in 3 of the bedrooms and one bedroom with a full sofa bed. This allows for a total of up to 8 people to sleep comfortably. In addition, each bedroom has at least a 50" Smart TV and a Large Smart TV in the living room. The King Master Suite with the newly renovated bath overlooks the Gulf (with access to the gulf front balcony), while the other 3 bedrooms step out on the balcony to view Destin's lights. The remodeled in 2024 kitchen comes well stocked and offers granite counters and cabinetry. There is a new coffee bar with a plumbed Keuirg, just bring your favorite flavor pod. The practical side of what makes a vacation worry-free has not been overlooked either with a large laundry room for your personal use. The combination living and dining area can easily seat everyone for in-room dining with the eat-in bar and a large dining table or eat on the balcony with table seating 6.

Your family and friends can enjoy swimming, beach games, kite flying, crabbing, boogie boarding, kayaking, or playing in the sand making sandcastles as well as lifetime memories while just seconds from your door or balcony.
