THE APARTMENT
This apartment has the following floor plan:
- A spacious open-floor living room with direct access to the terrace, furnished with smart TV, sofa, armchairs, dining table for 6 people, and a large fully equipped open-floor kitchen.
- The large East-facing terrace, featuring a breathtaking view of the city of Cannes all the way to the sea, as well as an outdoor dining table (also for 6 people).
- A first bedroom with two single beds opening onto a second terrace, this one facing West, for cool mornings even in the middle of summer.
- A second bedroom with queen size bed, large closet/dressing, also opening onto the West-facing terrace.
- A third bedroom, with a 140cm double bed, opening onto the West-facing terrace as well.
- Two shower rooms.
- Separate toilets.

GETTING TO THE PROPERTY
Access to the property is within 10 minutes on foot from the train station.
It is 30 minutes by car from the Nice Côte d’Azur airport.
You have your own car? A private underground parking space is included in the apartment rental, and located less than 100 meters from the apartment.

WHAT’S IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD
After a few steps in your street, the Rue Sergent Gazan, you’ll be able to enjoy the following activities within less than ten minutes:
- Reach the legendary Palais des Festivals.
- Take a leisurely stroll along the Croisette seafront, surrounded by luxury boutiques, palaces and fine sandy beaches.
- Board a train at the Cannes station to visit other jewels of the French Riviera, such as Antibes, Nice, or Monaco.
- Do some upscale shopping on the Rue d’Antibes.
- Discover the best restaurants in the center of Cannes (don’t hesitate to ask us for our favorite spots!)
- Explore the alleys of the medieval Le Suquet district and the church of Notre-Dame d’Espérance, with its panoramic view of Cannes and the sea.

Free street parking in the same street as the apartment building, and private parking within less than a minute-walk.

Check-out by 11 AM and check-in from 4 PM (flexible depending on our availability; please let us know if you wish to arrive earlier or leave later, and we will accommodate whenever possible).
Check-ins can be in person until 7 PM.
Late arrivals are available until 10 PM upon request and for an additional fee.
After these hours, check-ins are only possible via key boxes.
All key boxes are located on the facade of our premises at 85 avenue du Maréchal Juin in Cannes, and keys should be collected from this address for all key box check-ins.
