Extra perks include central air-conditioning, a washer/dryer, five TVs (the TV in the primary suite offers Netflix and Hulu streaming, while the remaining four TVs have gaming ports), Blu-ray, DVD, Keurig, and WiFi. Note: The loft in this Sea Colony vacation rental is accessed by a spiral staircase. This owner is providing guests with linen.

THINGS TO KNOW
There are ongoing construction projects occurring throughout the off-season until mid-May 2024. Noise will be audible during working hours, but this vacation rental will be accessible at all times.
The Sea Colony Recreational Association requires a per person resort fee for guests ages 4 and older. This fee varies by time of year and is mandatory.
Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

Sea Colony parking passes are issued based on the number of guest badges purchased per unit. Each unit is allowed a maximum of 2 parking passes per rental period.
1-2 Badges = 1 Parking Pass

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
