Beautiful apartment home located on the East side of Fort McMurray in Timberlea.
Just 15 mins away from Eagle Ridge Commons, where you have various shops including grocery stores, pharmacy, Tim Hortons, MacDonalds, Landmark Cimema, Mr Lube, Gas stations, and many more.
You'll be able to enjoy the whole house to yourself! You'll have access to kitchen, laundry, Wifi, Cable, Large screen TV and the place has been carefully crafted with all the warm duvets for your comfort during the winter. This place is also ideal for long stays
The Space:
Beautiful home with 2 bed rooms (2 Queen beds with tastefully designed duvets to combat the winter),
1 bathroom with a bath tub and toilet
Full kitchen .
Living room features large screen HD TV with cable and Wifi throughout the house.
Floor is made of clean laminate wood with space heaters boards all around the living room and bedrooms.
Guest Access:
Guest have the entire apartment to themselves, with a separate entrance, separate thermostats to control the heat.
The Neighborhood:
Very close to Playgrounds, walk ways, public transportation and oil sands bus stop.
Getting Around:
Very close to Playgrounds, walk ways, public transportation and oil sands bus stop.
Guest parking is on the Street. (Free Street Parking) and also on the driveway at the back alley road. Driveway can accommodate up to 3 vehicles owned by guests
Other Things to Note:
No smoking inside the house
No Pets.
No Parties
Quiet Time from 10pm to 7am
Strictly no wearing of shoes inside the house to protect the marble tiles.
All shoes should be left in the shoe rack on the stair landing.
Interaction with Guests:
We respect the privacy of our guests and would be available upon request.
SMS, Phone calls and Booking channel app are very reliable means of communicating with guest.
