Overlook the surf and sand from the balcony of this two-bedroom, two-bath oceanfront condo featuring new countertops, cabinets, stainless appliances, and a new washer and dryer. Both bathrooms have been completely renovated with new tile, new fixtures, and frameless glass shower doors. The primary bedroom has a king bed and there are two queens in the guest room, each room with its own TV.

Just steps to Sea Colony's half-mile of private guarded beach, not to mention the community's oceanfront pools and fitness room, this one-level floor plan offers a living and dining area, well-equipped kitchen, full hallway bathroom, and two bedrooms, including the main suite. The Sea Colony Recreational Association requires a per-person resort fee for guests ages four years and older. This fee varies by time of year and is mandatory.

Sea Colony Parking Passes
Sea Colony parking passes are issued based on the number of guest badges purchased per unit. Each unit is allowed a maximum of 2 parking passes per rental period.
1-2 Badges = 1 Parking Pass
3+ Badges = 2 Parking Passes

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
