From this home, you can see and walk to the Farmer's Market, and you are just one block from Queen Anne Ave N. On the Ave, you will find plenty of shopping, cafes, and restaurants. You’re also only a block from the park and the playground, community swimming pool etc.

Family trip for Mom's 80th

We couldn't have asked for a better experience in Seattle. This house was perfect for our family of 6. Summer has truly thought of everything for her visitors and she responded very quickly when I had a question. The neighborhood was so quiet the house was so charming and well equipped, we walked the neighborhood and visited the restaurant sin the area daily. Just so perfect in every way!perfeverything

Birthday Celebration in Seattle

Family travelled from Portland, LA, and Sacramento for a long weekend in this beautiful home in this cute & quiet Queene Anne neighborhood! Our Host (Summer) was so kind, helpful and accommodating from answering our questions, allowing early check-in, and gifting a nice bottle of wine! It was so nice to be able to walk just a few blocks to local restaurants and stores (-: Having off street parking was a total bonus after Amtrak train ride up was cancelled and we ended having to driving. At the end of every busy day was a great night sleep on a super comfortable bed!

Family time in Seattle

We rented this lovely home for a long weekend in Seattle. The home was unique and beautiful. The location was perfect for all of the activities we had planned. We were very happy with the ability to walk to some restaurants and the grocery store, and the ample parking was a big plus.

The house is located in the heart of Queen Anne. The house is fully equipped in the kitchen and all the amenities are there as stated. A block away from Trader Joe’s and Safeway and local shops. Not far from the Space Needle and Pikes Place. The host responded quickly to us when needed. I would definitely recommend staying at this VRBO. We had a great time and would definitely stay again. Perfect place

Queen Anne is an ideal location and the house and host were both top notch. It has a well equipped kitchen and very comfortable and quiet bedrooms. Great restaurants and beautiful views all in walking distance. Wouldn't hesitate to rent again and highly recommend it.

6 women in our 70s- high school friends - we all thoroughly enjoyed this house. Great place to come back to after enjoying Seattle. The neighborhood is adorable. We didn’t have to walk far for dining, groceries or a beautiful view at Kerry Park. This house has been beautifully restored. We appreciated all it offered and the host accommodating us whenever we had a request. We all agreed it deserves 5 stars.

Queen Anne Arts and Crafts

We (all eight of us!) were so happy with the house. It had just enough bedrooms and baths for us to coordinate our time in Seattle. The house is conveniently located with restaurants and shops in walking distance. There is also plenty of parking and we were surprised by a summer farmer’s market right next door! We had a wonderful time in Seattle and this house is the perfect home base. It is beautifully decorated. We loved relaxing on both porches.

This is a great property located in an excellent location. Great home and locaiton

We so enjoyed staying here - the community is amazing and walkable and there are restaurants, shops, groceries, and parks you can easily walk to from here. Plus, you can grab scooters and bikes for rent. The home has lovely touches and it was perfect for a few of us to stay and have our own space while enjoying a nice kitchen, patio, dining room, and living room.

Perfect home!

We loved this home as our base for exploring Seattle with our three kids (ages 7-13). Perfect location in a family friendly neighborhood. easy walking distance to several restaurants and Trader Joes. Lots of nice touches in the house to make life easier (hair dyers, soap, spices, fully stocked kitchen supplies) Our family easily walked to the area with the needle and several museums and from there could take the monorail downtown. We didn’t use our car a single time after parking. Would gladly stay here again!

Could be great, but no AC as listed

The existing reviews capture a lot of the positive things about this rental --- it was a good location, safe neighborhood, and plenty of parking. The kitchen was well stocked, and the beds were comfortable. One of the criteria we looked for our 7-day visit to Seattle in July was air conditioning because we know there can be heat waves during the summer months. The amenities for this house listed 'Air Conditioning,' but when we arrived at 11PM, it was 87 degrees inside the house!! We were up another 2 hours trying to cool down the upstairs bedrooms using the 2 window units and running every available fan downstairs to try to bring in the cooler night air. Not a good first night. Over the next few days, we learned to air out the house in the early morning with cooler air and close all of the blinds when we went out for the day. The other thing that helped was we taped paper grocery bags and hung bed sheets to cover all the windows that didn't have shades. The listing should not list 'Air Conditioning' under the amenities!!!

Great Queen Anne Location

Beautiful home in a great location. Exactly what we were looking for during our visit to Seattle and in prep for our Alaskan cruise. Easy to walk to great eating spots and short rides on the bus or Uber to most attractions. The attractions are in walking distance as well but for families with small kids or older adults, the public bus was just around the corner. The Owner was very responsive and helpful with providing lots of details about the place and neighborhood which came in handy. Would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay for a family get together

This rental is in the coolest neighborhood! We could walk to so many restaurants, bars, parks, farmers markets......such a great location! The home was perfect for our 6 adults and one 19 month old. We loved the cute back deck and yard. Loved being able to grill! Everyone slept well! Very well furnished house! The owner was very good about communicating with us throughout our stay! I would highly recommend this unit!!!!

Lovely long weekend

This house is one of the best VRBO properties I’ve stayed in. The house was adorable, well maintained, and surprisingly well stocked with spices, kitchen equipment, and towels & toiletries. The neighborhood is very friendly and walkable, and the house is only a block or so from many shops and restaurants. Uber and Lyft never seemed far away, making renting a car unnecessary. The owner was thoughtful and responsive. The fourth bedroom, which was a pullout couch, was very comfortable. We will definitely try to rent this house again on the next trip to Seattle.

Beautiful and unique home!

This property was an amazing choice for the trip my friends and I took to Seattle recently. The host, Summer, was lovely, and sent in multiple check-in messages throughout our trip. As for the house, it was perfect! It was a very short walk to a street that had multiple cafes and shops, as well as a Trader Joe’s, which was so convenient. The area itself was beautiful, and only a short drive away from classic tourist spots such as Pike’s Place and the Space Needle. All of the rooms were so colourful, unique, and comfortable that at the end of our trip we didn’t want to leave! This house quickly became a home, and we would love to revisit it someday soon. :)

A pretty, well appointed craftsman house

The house was clean, well-stocked, and very well-located in the heart of Queen Anne, with Trader Joe’s and lots of restaurants and coffee shops around the corner. The decor was nice and the kids enjoyed practicing their piano in the dining room. We would definitely stay here again!

Hi there! We are Summer and Jeff Trisler. We have been the owners of this happy home in the heart of Queen Anne for many years. Summer (a former actress on Broadway and on the West End of London) works in early childhood music education spreading the joy of music to children and their families, while Jeff, a concert promoter, gives them the music to enjoy and love. This is a very special and light filled home encompassing many happy memories of family and friends, that is sure to bring joy and comfort to any who inhabit it.
