Centrally Located townhouse with community pool, steps from Harbour Town

This wonderful 3-bedroom, 3.5-bath townhouse, nicknamed "Beach Tower", is located at the entrance to Harbour Town Marina, the heart of Sea Pines Plantation.

The living space has an open floor plan that includes two full-length couches and two additional chairs. The large dining table seats six, with an island seating an additional four. The kitchen features all new appliances, Keurig, new Corian countertops, and a bar with two stools. There is plenty of room to enjoy the company of friends and family.

There are two large master suites, each with an attached bath and king beds. The third bedroom has a twin over a full bunk bed and an additional twin bed with its own attached bath.

Take a swim in the property’s sparkling pool, just steps away from the sliding back door. Enjoy dining alfresco on the back deck with views of the wooded courtyard. Two additional balconies off the bedrooms offer a more private retreat.

It's less than a five-minute walk to Harbour Town to enjoy dozens of shops and restaurants. The Sea Pines trolley picks up at Harbour Town and is the best way to travel to the plantation. It includes stops at the Sea Pines Beach Club, the Plantation Club, South Beach, and more.

Great stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Stoney Creek is a wonderful complex with a newly updated large pool. Very convenient to Harbortown. We enjoyed our two week stay at 255. The villa is nicely updated. Only recommendation is to fix the master bedroom outlets as stated in an earlier review. Property management called us a couple of times to check in which was nice. We had no issues to reach out to them for; which was nice.

Interesting HHI visit

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 6th visit to HHI and the least enjoyable unfortunately. The major issue at this rental was the cockroaches. On Day 1 I killed one at bedtime. From there on I was incredibly grossed out, watched the floor as I walked around, and was concerned more would be found. The next morning our family found 2 dead ones under the couch. There is a saying if you find 1, there’s definitely more around. We were traveling with a toddler who finds himself playing on the floor with his toys which made me very concerned about the cleanliness of the rental. On the final night I killed another cockroach. Six stays, and not one time did we deal with this. Absolutely disgusting. The AC unit in the rental also does not properly function. The 3rd floor wouldn’t cool down below 80 (and on the final day just turned off all together), the second thermostat we had to set all the way down to 65 but never even got down to that temperature (most likely like 75), and made it incredibly uncomfortable to sleep. Maintenance was polite when speaking to them on the phone about a different issue. They called and told me in advance of our stay the dryer was broken so we brought plenty of extra clothes. It turned out the washer knob was broken instead. On Day 3 someone arrived to fix it while we were out which I was informed about that morning. When we arrived back to the rental for my toddlers nap, the worker was in the main level bathroom. When he came out my toddler needed to use the restroom in which the worker responded to me “oh mam I was just in there and strongly advise you don’t.” How incredibly unprofessional and uncomfortable. The home was very recently purchased and is in need of basic updates like outlets where your plugs don’t fall out of, closet doors that close, and absolutely a deep cleaning. We survived this trip but I cannot say I could recommend this rental with good conscience to others.

This townhouse had everything we needed and more.Upon arrival, everything was neat and clean, just like it shows online. The beds were comfy and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals. The location was nice because the pool was only steps away and there is a trolley stop not far from it so you can walk or drive to it and catch a ride to the beach. The trolley runs regularly and there is a live site online that you can look at to see when the next pickup/drop-off will be. And, let me say that ALL of the staff we encountered during our stay were superb!

Great condo close to harbourtown

We loved staying at this condo. It was perfect for the four of us. We were able to enjoy the setting and all the amenities of Sea Pines. This is a great place for up to 6 guests. Plenty of room and enjoy the area. We would come back again. Second year in row in Hilton Head and this place makes want to come back again next year!

We were able to cook a Thanksgiving meal in the kitchen! Thanks for having such a good variety of pots, pans, and utensils(even kids size plates and cups!)! Lots of seating! Fun to see they had board games as well! Only downfall for some would be the amount of stairs, but it was absolutely perfect for our group! Everyone had their own space, with their own bathroom. No complaints here at all! Look forward to staying there again!

It is nice to have two king rooms, however, First level king bedroom mattress must be replaced before You rent to anyone else. I lost 2 nights sleep until I moved to the twin bed with my grandkids. Just lay down on it and it will apparent. Also, you need more coffee cups. Several are cracked. Sink in same bedroom is still very slow draining. ( right hand side) There was a terrible smell coming from all the water faucets. Thanks for sending maintenance to fix water smell but honestly that should have been checked out before renters arrived.

The villa was newly renovated, very clean and comfortable with almost everything we needed. The king mattresses were super comfy. The kitchen was well stocked and even had both a carafe and Keurig coffee maker. The proximity to the pool was excellent! It was not very crowded, and there were some lovely natural shady areas to escape the sun. The Island Time app was also very helpful and efficient - all the codes and information in one place. The only thing to keep in mind is that steps are required to reach the bedrooms. This might be an issue if you are traveling with older family memebers or anyone with mobility issues. Otherwise, we would love to come back!

Great Fun For All

My family and I had to cancel a trip to Aruba and I was looking for a place with nice weather. I found your listing and loved the layout. Little did I know it was in a charming complex that had fun for everyone. This was a great surprise and everyone had fun. From the 19 & 20 year olds to the 14 & 15 year olds. The relaxed environment and bike to everywhere made it easy for teenagers to get around. We will definitely be back ago. Thank you for sharing your home with us! We have very nice memories to build on.
