L'Alto - Bel appartement lumineux -Vue panoramique

Very close to the vibrant central Lyon's Presqu'île and from the famous Parc de la Tête d'Or, you will enjoy the comfort and tranquillity of this lovely flat. The decoration is original, mixing artistic touches and modernity for a lively atmosphere.

It is composed of a nice living room with an HD TV and a comfortable 140*190 sofa bed. From the large windows you will be able to admire Part Dieu's buildings and all 6th arrondissement of Lyon. There is a nice 4 person dining table and a fully equipped open kitchen too. In the sleeping area, you will enjoy a nice bright bedroom with a 140*900 bed and a bathroom with a shower. It is the best place for a romantic stay or a business trip.
The elevator will take you to the 12th floor out of 12, you will stay on the top floor of the building.

Fiber WIFI available, sheets and towels are included.

You will find convenience products at your disposal (pasta, rice, spice, coffee, tea...), and a Traveller's Guide containing useful information for your stay (WIFI code, notices, nice restaurants around...).

Checkin and checkout are totally easy and independant thanks to a connected lock. Checkin is from 3 PM and checkout is possible till 11 AM the day you leave.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Due to changes to the neighborhood's water lines, daily water outages are scheduled between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, until July 28, 2025. Water is normally available on weekends.

According to our conditions on our listing, parties and any noisy event (loud music etc...) which can disturb our neighborhood are strictly forbidden, such as smoking into our apartment.

Any breach of these rules will lead to a financial penalty. Thanks for your vigilence :)

Supplementary linen fees apply when 2 persons wish to use one double bed each. It costs 18€/person for the use of the linen for the whole stay.
Example : if 2 persons wish to use the 2 double beddings, the extra cost is 18€/stay.
