You will stay in Villeurbanne (10 mn to Lyon's city center with the metro), the closest city to Lyon and one of the best options for a nice stay in a calm and easy-to-park neighbourhood. The apartment is the best option in town up to 2 persons.

This is the ideal place for a touristic, romantic or family stay, or for a business trip as it is close to all amenities and 7 minutes to République-Villeurbanne tube station.

The 36 m² apartment is composed of a bright and nicely decorated living room equipped with a comfortable 140*190 bed, a nice large HV TV with a desk to work. You will also enjoy a fully equipped modern kitchen, a relaxing bathroom with a modern bathtube. Sheets and towels are provided.

We provide you with convenience products (rice, pasta, coffee, tea...).

The access to the apartment is 100% independant and secured thanks to a safe keybox with a personal code. Checkin is from 3PM and checkout up to 11 AM maximum.

According to our conditions on our listing, parties and any noisy event (loud music etc...) which can disturb our neighborhood are strictly forbidden, such as smoking into our apartment.

Any breach of these rules will lead to a financial penalty.
