This gorgeous townhome boasts a great central location in a quiet community on the northern border of Chandler, southern border of Mesa, and only 2 miles from Tempe and Gilbert. Close to 2 freeways so you can make it your base for sightseeing, relaxing, or business.

THE HOME:
Your own attached 2 car private garage with remote, is included.
The all ground-level home (no one above you either) feels spacious with 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, and vaulted ceiling in great room with open floor plan to kitchen.
The primary bedroom features a motorized tv lift right at the foot of the bed. With big wedge pillows for back support, you may never want to leave the bedroom! The lift cabinet also houses a desk & bench seat.
Step from the king-sized bed out to the private patio through french doors with internal blinds.
Enjoy coffee or tea from the coffee bar & bistro table.
All new stainless appliances are sure to delight. The large modern fridge dispenses filtered water and ice.
If your extended stay requires laundry, washer and dryer are included.
THE AREA:
The community pool is practically next door with a deck that is equipped with outdoor furniture for sunbathing and a pergola for shade. The pool is open year round, heated only by the sun.
There is also a 5-hole community putting green for your use.
Dobson Ranch, Kokopelli, San Marcos, Ken McDonald & Shalimar are 5 popular golf courses all within 5 miles of townhome.
Walk the extensive network of canal paths and parks nearby. Path has solar lighting for those short winter days.
Bikes can be rented from nearby bike shop to extend your canal enjoyment. Or bring your own if you are driving and store them in the roomy garage.

Very clean condo, great location

Condo is very clean. The location is awesome. Steps from the pool (although unheated), close to many restaurants and shopping, walking distance to a gym. Best suited for a couple or two couples staying together. With kids it was challenging to have to pull out the sofa sleeper every night. Gretchen, the host was very accommodating and checked in on us through VRBO app. My husband was disappointed Ihere was no television in the main bedroom, but the only wall available is a side wall. Perhaps a swing mount for a TV would solve the problem? Really enjoyed our stay here nonetheless. Snacks upon arrival and a welcome note were extra special touches. I would be remiss if I didn’t mention that the condo has a musty smell. I do believe this is perhaps, because it is very dark in there, and most people probably rarely open windows. Nonetheless a five star review.

Amazing Stay

This was our first trip as a family and the home, neighbors, neighborhood and hosts were spectacular. The house was welcoming and very clean. The neighbors were extremely nice and talkative. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. The guide book they put together was extremely useful and nice :) and the little basket of goodies on the table was appreciated. We would definitely recommend this townhome to anyone and would absolutely book again on our next trip.

A quiet haven in a busy city!

Absolutely wonderful condo in a very quiet and safe neighborhood. Well equipped kitchen, very private patio, comfortable living area, two spacious bedrooms and a wonderful pool 30 seconds from the front door! What else could you need? Nothing. Hosts were very responsive to a small hiccup with a garage door remote. Couldn’t ask for a better stay! Thank you!!

Perfect!!

We felt this was like home. When these hosts ask travels to let them know if anything is needed they truly are sincere. We had an accident and wanted them to know and they were so gracious. They came to our rental home and were so kind. The home itself is very private and my brother and his wife drove from Texas to spend 6 nights with us. It easily handles two couples. So if you are looking for kind hosts, very clean home and little touches that speak of a sincere desire to make your visit worthy of the time and search it took to land on their Vrbo site, this is your chance to find all is covered. Enjoy!!

Great Place to Stay!

Property was exactly as described and pictured. Everything setup and organized very well and clean and neat. Loved having the garage since I brought my golf clubs and rented a bike. Nice having canal trail close by to ride even though I rode other trails in the area as well. Great location in north Chandler to visit Scottsdale, Phoenix, Mesa, etc. Quiet area though a couple of nights a few of the neighborhood cats were making a little fuss....more funny than anything. Private patio was nice too. Gretchen and Dave were quick to communicate regarding any questions. Definitely recommend and would certainly stay there again.

Charming in chandler

Fantastic!

This property was in impeccable condition! Everything we needed was there. It's in a modern and quiet neighborhood. The swimming pool nearby is beautiful. The owners were A+++. They live nearby, so can be easily contacted if needed. We stayed for seven weeks, but had no need to call them. We highly recommend this place. Thank You Gretchen and Dave!

My husband and I are both experienced travelers and know a thing or two about being away from home. I recently retired from the airline industry, but was not ready to just throw in the towel. Owning/running my own vacation rental has been a dream for many years. I'm bringing to this new endeavor my hospitality and decorating skills. Dave, my husband, works in the power industry with amazing accounting knowledge. He is lovingly known by his family as 'Davelopedia' because if he doesn't know the answer, he will very shortly. He brings to this new endeavor his management skills. We live a short distance away and are here for you. This area has been our home for over 30 years and we are quite familiar with what the east valley has to offer, so don’t be afraid to ask questions or need suggestions.
