Neu gestrichenes Interieur. Sie werden dieses Haus mit dem privaten Pool mit Abschirmung lieben (ja, die Sonne geht durch, es ist nur, um den Pool sauber zu halten). Sie können mit diesem Haus nichts falsch machen. Eingezäunter Garten für die Privatsphäre eingeschlossen. Ganz in der Nähe des wunderschönen weißen Sandstrandes von Panama City Beach (ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß oder ein paar Sekunden Fahrt).
Ein Ort, an dem Sie sich immer wie zu Hause fühlen werden. Kabelfernsehen und Highspeed-Internet. 5 Minuten zum Frank Brown Park und dem neuen Pier Park. Auch diese großartige Lage ist nur 5 Minuten bis 30 A.

Das westliche Ende von PCB ist viel privater und der Verkehr ist
definitiv viel besser. Dies ist der Teil des Strandes
Familien wollen in sein. Der Strand ist nicht überfüllt wie die Ostseite und das Wasser ist fantastisch.
Gehen Sie schnorcheln, angeln, schwimmen oder backen Sie einfach am Strand. Sie werden hier immer eine tolle Zeit haben.

Wenn Sie nach einem Ort zum Feiern suchen und laut sein, um die Nachbarn zu stören, ist dies nicht das richtige Haus für Sie.

Great communication

Rich and Brenda were very responsive and did a great job communicating to us. The house was everything we needed and the beach was a short walk. Also the beach was not busy like most other beaches in the area. Lots of food choices near by.

Amazing

This house is awesome. 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, pullouts in living room. Beds are comfy and the pool is wonderful. All the amenities you need to make a big meal or order out. Quiet neighborhood. 5 minute walk to beach. Would stay here again 100 times. Cannot go wrong.

Spring Break 2023

Me, my husband, and our son stayed here a long with another family of 4 for 3 days. We had a great time. Everything was as advertised. Management was very responsive, and they even provided a list of restaurants to try. The house was a short walk to the beach, which was perfect for 2 pregnant women. We would definitely recommend this listing.

“Girls” trip

Rich the property manager was great. Very responsive to issue. Older home with plenty of room, close to beach, airport and near by activities. Unfortunately due to weather variation we were unable to use the pool since it is not heated.

Not happy

This house was not at all what we expected and sadly not worth the price we paid. There were a bunch of things that we found wrong with the house though I am only going to list the ones that really stood out. First the only way to get into the house was through the front door since in order to open the garage door we would have to go inside and open it and close it from inside as well which makes it a very big inconvenience for when carrying heavy stuff from the cars to the inside of the house. Second we were not able to lock the house from the inside locks unless we wanted to be locked out of the house for good. Third, the floor tiles are coming apart in the rooms, along with the doors and outside of the house in the back looking to be in dis repairs or damage. Fourth, the Pool not cleaned what so ever maybe just chlorinated but that’s all. Fifth, the floors were not cleaned throughout the house and especially in the kitchen where we found two cockroaches one dead and one alive,the chairs near the bar area (which had sand all over them before we even got to the home), along with the bathrooms, we had to re clean everything to make sure it was sanitary for our stay. House was not cleaned that well but instead sprayed with scents to make it seem “clean” I almost forgot to mention, the dirt we found under the sofa bed mattress, I couldn’t believe it. We cleaned that also and disinfected the full sofa, and mattress. Sixth, Grass/property unkept and seems has not been touched since the last visit. Along with garage door seemed it was going to fall apart. Seventh, this house was missing a bunch of kitchen appliances and we had to buy more so that way everyone could have a cup and a plate. Eighth, Closet in the master bed room is missing a bunch of shelves, and seems to be “under renovation”, only has a few old hangers even one being broken. Ninth, Majority of the bed rooms beds are really old and worn out that make it very hard to sleep and makes us feel like the beds are going to break any minute. Not to mention the pictures are very misleading as it’s missing a bunch of stuff, for example beach chairs if we want to lay out and enjoy the sun, pool toys that’s are shown in the picture as well. And the chairs that are provided are super run down and have uneven placement. Overall this place was not what we expected, and this house is not even worth half of that for the time we stayed, very disappointed.

Wonderful family accommodations!

Wonderful home for family fun! Plenty of room for everyone and floor plan is wheelchair accessible. Pool was the highlight of the property. Great neighborhood! Hosts were especially helpful with any questions or concerns. Dishwasher was not functioning properly. Golf cart was great for wet and sandy beach goers. My granddaughter wants to live there! Everyone enjoyed their stay. We had a blast!

Excellent location on the West side of PCB.

Great location. Minutes from the beach. Golf cart was great. Plenty of room for our family with a nice screened in patio and pool. Close to restaurants and Pier Park as well.

Best vacation

Our family had an amazing time. We loved the house and the pool made the vacation even better. The owner even reached out during our stay to make sure that we were enjoying our stay and had everything we needed. We most definitely stay here again!

Very spacious, great location!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property! Plenty of space for our large family to spread out! Really close to the beach and the private pool was a huge plus! Check in was smooth and property owner communicates quickly. I would give this house a 5 star but having to go with a 4 star only because the beds weren’t comfortable (definitely needs new mattresses on all beds) and the ice maker didn’t work in the fridge. Other than that, we loved it and would definitely stay here again given the opportunity!

Perfect for a large family

This home was a great space for our large family for a week. Close to the beach. The golf cart and the pool in the back were both nice to have. I would definitely bring pillows as the ones there were limited and flat as a pancake. We may have just been spoiled in our past house rentals when it came to amenities as this one was very limited. No spices,coffee filters, a pizza cutter, one cookie sheet, 2 bedrooms didn’t have TVs, 7 towels for 10 people, The host communicated with me frequently and was very nice. Walmart grocery will deliver straight to your door in this location, which was amazing (Pillows!). Over all we had a great time and would definitely come again.

Convenient Location

Fun, short stay

We stayed here for a couple of days because our original placed was booked over the weekend. Our little girl loved the pool. I loved taking walks around the neighborhood and to the beach with the family. Would recommend.
