Other Things to Note:

The apartment is on the 3rd floor, and like most buildings in the Plateau area, there are stairs. You’ll need to climb 2 flights of interior stairs.
Please keep children supervised at the common corridor and stairs to prevent falls.
The owner is certified by the Corporation de l'industrie Touristique du Québec, and GST and QST are included in the price. For business travelers, we can provide an invoice for tax deductions.
There is one AC unit in the living area. The two bedrooms do not have their own unit. Generally, the AC in the living area does a good job of cooling these two bedrooms. We also recommend closing the curtains if you’ll be spending the day out, as this helps keep the rooms cooler.
Please note this apartment is located in a busy nightlife area, close to bars and clubs. You can expect noise throughout the day and night. It's a street lined with restaurants, bars, and nightclubs. We provide earplugs for those sensitive to noise.
Both bedrooms face onto St. Laurent Street, which can be noisy at night because this is a very popular area. Usually, the white noise from the ACs or fans is enough to cancel out any noise. And on the plus side, if you decide to go out and experience Montreal’s famous nightlife scene, you won’t have far to go!
The television is a Smart TV, but we don't have cable television, so the regular TV channels are not available. You can watch Netflix (using your account) or the TV channels that offer free Web television using G**gle, YouTube, etc.
We provide a few essentials to make you feel more at home when you arrive: drinking water, soap, shampoo & toilet paper. Please note that these are not replenished during your stay.
Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
Please take note that candles, incense or any other burnable object with flames inside the property are not allowed.
When playing music, please be mindful of the neighbours - families live next door.
There is no AC available during winter months.
