Newly Renovated!! Check out this Charming 4 bedroom 2.5 bath ranch style home. This home features tons of improvements including new flooring, new custom kitchen cabinets, kitchen island, back splash, granite countertops and brand new stainless steel appliances! The bathrooms feature new custom shower and new vanities. Full finished walk-out basement and fresh paint throughout!

The Space:
Welcome to our ranch style home with a finished basement, perfect for your next getaway! On the first floor, you'll find three spacious bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms are equipped with comfortable king beds, and all rooms are designed for your ultimate relaxation and comfort.

The first floor boasts an open concept kitchen that flows seamlessly into the dining room and family room. This space is perfect for entertaining guests or simply spending quality time with loved ones. You'll have everything you need to prepare delicious meals and enjoy them together in the cozy dining area.

The finished basement provides even more space for relaxation and entertainment. There's an additional bedroom and bathroom down here, providing ample room for larger groups or families. The basement is the perfect place to hang out and enjoy a game of ping pong or catch a movie on the large flat-screen TV.

Average Stay

The home was as described in terms of layout and very spacious for our family. There was plenty of room for adults to relax and kids to play, and the ping-pong table was definitely a plus for the kids! There were 2 washers and dryers, which was nice for our large family on a week-long vacation. Communication from the owner was appropriate and check-in/out was super easy. We did notice a few things that led to a 4 star rating instead of 5: there was a strong old/musty smell in general to the home; the upstairs furniture had a cigarette smoke odor despite it being a smoke-free home (especially in the living room), and the kids' feet were literally black with dirt after running around the basement barefooted for the first evening. The washer/dryer took some maneuvering to utilize, as there is not enough room for the doors to open all the way and they open in opposite directions. The driveway is crazy steep and not made for large vehicles, as it takes a lot of maneuvering to get them in and out if a second vehicle of any size is present. There is a motion-detector light outside which repeatedly came on during the night and woke people (especially the children) up several times throughout the night. Overall it was an okay place, but not quite as nice as the pictures had us thinking it would be.

The house is great and has everything you may need. It’s close to a lot of great restaurants and shopping. The host is more than accommodating. We would definitely stay here again!

Lexington Thanksgiving

This was the perfect property for our family to meet for Thanksgiving! It was spacious and very clean. The kitchen was well appointed and plenty of table space for dinner and games! Seth was an excellent communicator and host. Walking distance to the park was a bonus!

Great place for a family gathering on Lexington

The house was perfect for our gathering for a wedding in town. The rooms were comfortable, the house has been remodeled, the basement was a nice bonus space. Communication with the property manager could not have been better.

Exactly as stated on website. Very clean. The home is spacious and accommodated our family of six (5 adults and 1 child) with ease. It was great to be a short drive away from family. Central location

Our accommodations were wonderful. The house is much larger than it appears from the street. The finished basement gave a safe space for the children to play. The house was located close to anywhere we needed to go. The only thing is that the washer and dryer are not convenient to use due to placement but there are two of each in the house. The kitchen was fully stocked and the host supplied plenty of linens and items needed (toilet paper, trash bags, etc). We would definitely stay here again.

We had a large family group and there was plenty of room. I especially liked that the bedrooms were a generous size, and there was everything we needed in the kitchen to make our own meals.
