Great home with pool

We stayed for 6 weeks to check out Havasu as a snowbird location. The home had everything we needed. We really enjoyed the spa and heated pool. The neighborhood is very quiet and the owner was quick to respond to our questions.

Friendly community

This home is in a nice area and in close proximity to local activities. All the locals we encountered were incredibly friendly and helpful. The home itself is well equipped; the kitchen contained everything we needed to prepare our own meals. The beds were comfortable, and there were plenty of linens. The owner even provided a remote for the garage door which was quite convenient. The house itself is dated and is in need of attention. Fresh paint would do wonders for this home.

Great location

The home was very close to the Park entrance which made getting on and off the lake easy. The pictures don’t show it but the driveway is really steep so our boat had to stay on the street. The house is very nice and roomy. Disappointments - the loveseat in the living room is not very comfortable and worse the mattress in the primary bedroom was hard as rock. We hardly slept it as rock.

Absolutely amazing!

The location, the neighborhood, the scenery....all of it was amazing!! The house was gorgeous, the rooms were huge, the pool was the perfect size. Communication with Jesus was top notch!! Seriously, the very best experience we've ever had with a VRBO. I cannot wait to stay at this house again.

AMAZING!!! Absolutely loved it

Pictures dont do this beautiful, relaxing home justice. Pool & spa was the best. Plenty of towels, dishes, & fully stocked bathroom admendities. Very quite and peaceful neighborhood & what a veiw of the lake. Will stay again on our next visit to havasu

Perfect in every way!

This house has everything you need to enjoy all that Lake Havasu has to offer! The pool was heated and the location of this property is in a very quiet neighborhood on the north end of town. The house was clean and spacious. Beds are very comfortable and no clutter anywhere which is nice when staying in a rental property. The driveway is a bit steep but workable. The owner responded very quickly to any questions we had. The kitchen was well equipped, the only thing I would recommend is to upgrade some of the pans. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here!

Great location and Backyard Oasis

We couldn’t have been more please with this property and our stay in Lake Havasu area. The home was very clean and had everything we needed for our two week stay. It was close to all of the area spots and very convenient. The pool and hot tub were perfect and backyard being fenced in was great for our dog too as we played fetch back there. I can’t say enough great things about this place. It was our home away from home and we enjoyed it! Highly recommend.

Pool is great

This was a good place to stay the Pool is a A +, the house is nice has everything you would need . Back yard was great to relax in . The drive way is a little step for us R truck didn’t fit in the garage so getting in and out was a little tricky but we made it work. The shower in Master bathroom was great . Has had it all . Air works good close to town so would stay again. For me I am going to bring a soft comforter for the master bedroom the bed is very uncomfortable but we made it work

My vacation /birthday celebration

We enjoyed our stay and celebrated a birthday with close friends who also lived in lake havasu. The home was fine for our trip with all necessary kitchen stuff and plenty of space to relax. Nice backyard pool and covered patio. We wish it had more of a view of some trees or plants but it was fine. We did not spent alot of time outside due to the excessive heat in july . Jesus is a great host. He was always available if we had any questions or concerns and helped us with any of our needs. Thank you Steve and Jenny

Great location and home

The location of the home was terrific...close enough to the lake and Lake Havasu city. Nice neighborhood. Hot tub was a huge benefit for our family. Pool nice, though the outside temp that week kept us out of the pool for the most part. Jesus was very prompt with any communications. The house was equipped with anything that our family needed while there.

Loved the comfort level of this rental. Owners were relaxed and have great communication

We rental this home to stay in Havasu for the week before my sister’s wedding and it was so relaxing and wonderful. The home is pretty but you do not need to worry over every little thing. The owners are very easy to communicate with, they respond immediately, and very pleasant. This is our new Havasu stay place when we visit. It was an added bonus that my sister’s home is in the next neighborhood. Ease of getting to places in town was great. A+ from us. If you have small pets that can go through the iron gates, just bring some of the plastic grid fencing and use zip ties to hold it across the bottom and clip away when leaving. Home Depot and Lowes are within 5 minutes. It kept our little 5 pound dogs secure in the bag yard and was easy to put up and take down. Thank you so much

Wonderful, long stay

We had a wonderful in Lake Havasu. The house is in a quiet neighborhood and sorry drive to everything in Havasu. The owner was quick to respond to any questions and everything we needed was readily available. The kids loved swimming and we had a nice time relaxing in the sunshine. Thank you!

Was prefect for our stay.. was coming in for a funeral and thank ful they worked with us right away. Letting us come in early for check in.. beautiful home for a family vacation. Home has everything you need. .. no need to bring anything for cooking etc.. Thank you for the stay ..we will be back..

Awesome vacation rental

We loved this rental, it had plenty of room for our entire family, we had 6 adults and 3 kids there at one point, at other times throughout our stay it was just adults. We used the pool and hot tub the entire time in March. Owner was very responsive to all requests. He was gracious enough to let us utilize the RV garage. There were a couple of issues, fire pit outside did not work properly but we were too tired to use it by the end of the day anyway. The driveway was extremely steep so we stored our boat at another residence. We moved two of the beds in order to fit the roll aways in the bedroom and was informed that they broke in the process. Although we did not experience a problem with them we settled on splitting the cost which was fair. The neighborhood was very quiet and safe. We would certainly rent there again.
