Great Place

In a great location, close to the parks and anything we needed. Owners were fantastic and helpful. Place was exactly what we needed, 2 masters and 2 more rooms with queen beds. Worked well for my dad, my husband, daughter, brother in law and mother in law. Owners were always quick to answer. Will stay here again

Enjoyed Our Stay

We are snowbirds and this year our son and his family came down for spring break to go to Disney World so we needed someplace big enough for all of us. This was perfect - downstairs king bedroom with en suite for us and 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms upstairs for them. Emerald Island is a beautiful resort. We had a heated pool and hot tub just a short walk away. Our grandkids enjoyed the pool very much. We were very close to DW so didn't have to put up with the traffic jams as much. Getting there was a breeze, coming home was a different story. The house was very comfortable, it could use a little refreshing. Rob and Louise were VERY good with communication. Louise even texted us one day that a storm might be on the way. Another day the power was taken down for some construction in the area and she texted us about that. We had a problem with the living room TV and Rob was very patient helping us. Our bed was very comfortable and no one complained about the upstairs beds so that is good. The location is EXCELLENT!! Close to a lot of things and HWY 192 and HWY 27. The kitchen was well stocked!!! My only complaint would be the taste of the water, maybe a filter would help. We didn't drink the water or use the ice, we bought our own. Anyone would really enjoy their stay here!!!!

Quick stay

The property is close to Disney where we were spending the day for a birthday. The property is located in a quiet gated community, which is nice for quiet time.

Perfect Location

Our family travels to Orlando a lot and this property was the best we've stayed at in terms of location to the parks. It took us only 15 minutes to get to each Disney park! It was very clean and had plenty of space. We didn't use the community amenities much, but they seemed very nice. Robert and Louise were very responsive to any questions we had. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again! Thank you, Robert and Louise!

A Place To Stay

The condo met our needs but some things to work on:1. Gold towels were useless...so thin. Plus, staying 6 days, had to wash them because they smelled and never dried. Need more hooks to hang towels. 2. Washer smelled. Had to use the Tub Clean cycle two times. Dryer takes forever to Dry...over 90 minutes.3.Dishwasher spits water out of the sink if you do not cover the sink on the right.4. One room lacked a fitted bottom sheet. Had to completely make bed every day. Could have used more linens.5. Did not have appropriate dishes for kids or microwave.6. Floors were dirty and socks were black from walking on them.7. Toilet tissue given was minimal.8. Gated community was a bit of a hassle.2.

Great Stay

Couldn’t have asked for much better than this villa for our vacation. More than enough space for the family, great location, clean and comfortable. Great communication from our hosts and when we had to leave early due to a family emergency, they were very understanding, kind and compassionate. When we decide to take another trip to the Orlando/Kissimmee area in the future, we will definitely keep this place in mind for where we would want to stay.

Disney Vacation

This property was clean and very secure. As "out of towners", we felt very safe. The location made it easy to get to the Disney Theme Parks, and there was plenty of shopping stores (Walmart, Sam's Club, Aldi, and Dollar Tree) nearby. We highly recommend this home!

Beautiful Home & Great Location

We were a group of 5 adults and there was a ton of room for everyone. The place was very clean, kitchen had everything we needed, and beds were super comfortable. As we spent a few days at all of the Disney parks, the location was perfect! We also appreciated that the Walmart was close by. The hosts were very quick to reply and very friendly. We would definitely return, hopefully next year!

Extremely comfortable

The perfect place to just stay and relax or to go out foe the parks. We did a mixture of both. The only tiny crtitique would be the kitchen only has the mist basic of tools, but if you arent a cook, it will be fine. They were awesome at communicating and the home was exceptionally clean. Overall a lovely place.

Well it was an Adventure!!

We have stayed here before and couldn't wait to return. Place is amazing and a perfect location to Disney. We wished we had more time to enjoy the amenities the resort has to offer. That was our plan but a hurricane decided to come through. If I could give the owners 6 stars I would. They were so easy to communicate with, have all kinds of advice and kept in communication with us the whole time. Put us AZ and TX family at ease dealing with a hurricane! Great place, book it!! We will be back!! Side note. House survived a category 2 hurricane no issues. Felt very safe!! cocould give the owners 6 stars i would. S

Excellent Condo, Service and Value

This property was perfect for our family members visiting Orlando to attend a wedding. It is as described and more! The downstairs master bedroom was perfect for my elderly family members in my group who could not navigate the stairs. The second-floor master was very nice as well and included a balcony. Everyone had their own space. The living room sofa was super comfortable and there were even lots of puzzles and games. The kitchen was nicely appointed with all of the necessary cooking gadgets. The communication with the owners was flawless. The resort area was tranquil and the setting was beautiful. I highly recommend this condo!
