Perfect

Great stay for the second year in a row in the same house. Oscar is quick on resolving the small glitches that happen. The house is in good shape and we enjoy the 5 private bathrooms provided. Conveniently located near supplies like basic food stores. Also near our favorite golf course as well.

Right for the price

Had a great time. House is large for a family. Hot tub heat for pool is 30 a day, he came out right away and turned it on . The house has pots now. We left pizza pan and big coffee mugs, For the price you can't beat it. We would stay there again.

Great size for our Family of 12!

Good quite gated neighborhood. Great location to a grocery store. We had plenty of room for our family of 12. Everything was in working order. The house was a perfect fit for us!

Great Property

The property was as listed. It was very spacious and accommodating for my family and me. It being in a gated community was awesome and an added sense of security. We experienced no problems while visiting the property and the owner was responsive to my emails.

Amazing stay great kind owner

I stayed here with my family of 12 and it was amazing everything was great I mly thing i will say is bring wash cloths and dish soap toilet paper etc but the house was clean and in great shape owner allowed me to check in early so i didnt have to wonder around til 4pm since we got in earlier than expected

Great stay

Overall, the property is clean, reasonnably well maintained, the pool also well maintained. The parking space is only for 2 cars but we were 9 people in the house with 3 cars. Although neighbors parked in the street, we did nont an d put the rental car in the entrance parking lot about a 5 minute walk from the house. There was a problem with the WIFI during the first week but Oscar and Rita were on top of it with freqris way too small

Perfect house for large group or families

The house in florida was amazing was mostly advertised properly. The hot tub and heated pool was not either heating up or the heater wasnt working. Yes we stayed in the middle of summer but when i read hot tub that means i can turn the heat up on the hot tub to relax a bit. Also two small 2qt sauce pans and a flat griddle is all the pans that was there. This house is booked for large families and that would have been a trick to cook for families with just that. Also families love to eat together and the tables where in two different areas. Everything else was spot on and hade a great time. No issues at all and wouldn't mind rebooking in the future if i am staying in that area ever again.

The property needs a deep cleaning. Parking situation is also strange, owner gave us 4 passes to enter property but when we arrived note on door states only 2 cars and no street parking. Owner should communicate information to guest. Texted regarding pool heater and situation was resolved but no communication to advise that it was being handled. Also reached out for clubhouse access and no follow up.

Beautiful house and neighborhood

Beautiful large house in a quiet gated community! We had a large group and there was plenty of space for everyone. The pool and hot tub were amazing, definitely want to heat them tho in the winter!!

Plenty of space for large families

Communication with property manager was great! Check in was very easy! Listing is not clear on parking though. For a house that sleeps this many there is only 2 parking spaces available and no parking on street close to the house. Also if you plan on cooking need to bring oven pans or baking sheets. For a large home the heat pumps are not adequate. You cannot turn down the thermostat below 72 and must keep doors closed. This was quiet aggravating in humid weather and 80 degrees. Ceiling fans must be used to stay cool. Overall the experience was a good one.

Great Stay

The house was as described. There were 8 adults with us, 18 years to 70. The home was spacious for us all. It was clean and organized. The only suggestion I have is to add an inexpensive cooking set, pots/pans for families who prefer to cook. Other than that, I definitely would recommend to others & I would visit again.

The home was a great space however the mattresses were very uncomfortable and squeaky.

Oscar and Rita took care of everything we needed Thank you both! I liked the size of the home, the heated pool and hot tub. Next time I will get one closer to the parks!

Quiet and comfy

The home was just as pictured and the staff was very responsive to any questions. I would definitely recommend this home. If you’re planning to go to the parks, it does take about 40 mins to an hour due to traffic to go into Orlando.

Nice house we had 12 people stay everyone slept comfortable

Pool was love for the kids even tho you had to pay extra it wasn’t included in the fee but it was well worth it we stayed 4 days check in was wonderful even got to check in early
