THIS UNIT HAS TRAM PASSES AVAILABLE
This amazing 3 bedroom westwinds condo is what vacation dreams are made of! Easy access off of the Lobby level to the unit at the end of the hallway. Open up the front doors and step inside to enjoy the beautiful decor leading to an outstanding view of the pool and beach. These expansive views of our sugar white sands and emerald green waters should not be missed. The condo can sleep up to 10 people. The King Sized master has a view of the beach as well as the living area and the private balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped kitchen with everything you'll need for your beach vacation. Living room with a queen sofa sleeper and tv. There is a hallway bathroom for your convenience as well as a guest room with two Full beds. The additional guest room in the end of the hallway has a king sized bed as well as a private bathroom.
When you aren't in this spectacular condo, enjoy the pool, hot tub and tiki hut on the pool deck. Just past the pool is our area's prize--our stunning beaches.

After a long day at the beach, don't forget to hop over to the Village of Baytowne Wharf for some dinner and drinks!

Family Vacation 2024
This is our 5th year staying here and we absolutely love it! We love the condo so much, it’s perfect for our family, so have just chosen to just always stay in the same one. It is on the ground level, so no elevators, just steps from the door, right to the pool. We love the convenience of that as well as parking on the same level as well. The view is amazing! Ashley, the host, has always been so wonderful and accommodating, always striving to ensure our stay is perfect. We will be back next year!!

Great Location
Pros: the condo is a great size, the furniture is comfortable, and you won't find a better location with a big pool and beach front access. Cons: you could press any code into the keypad and get into the condo so I wouldn't consider that very safe. Good thing there's a lock on the inside. The extra bedding in the closets were stained (some with what looks like blood). The hot water tank only stores approximately 10 minutes of hot water. So cold showers were taken by everyone but the first person to shower. My husband dropped something and it rolled under the couch- there were candy wrappers, large food crumbs and dirt under the furniture. The cleaning was sub-par throughout the entire condo. Our feet were black from the floors. The refrigerator leaks water into the vegetable/fruit bins and the freezer does not allow anything to freeze. I did let the management company know about these items and they didn't seem phased by them so if these things don't bother you then I guess you shouldn't have a problem.

Great location
Great location. 1st floor is convenient location. Nice unit, has been renovated, but had a couple maintenance issues like broken shower head and fans, not as well stocked as other units rented by family members, for example low linens and no blankets, and bathtub was full of dirt/grime. Overall enjoyed our stay, fixed the couple broken items, and would return.

Paying for the view
The positives: The View is gorgeous - we were even able to watch dolphins jumping in the Gulf a couple of late mornings, location of the condo (we love Sandestin area), ease and closeness of access to the beautiful private beach, the pool and hot tub are great. Cons: listing indicates sleeps 8, it was OK for myself, husband, mom and 3 young children - the living, dining and kitchen are small so if you have any more people it would be uncomfortable, the furniture is not comfortable if you want to relax inside at all (with small kids they wanted downtime), was not the cleanest even paying the cleaning fee - feet were black within a short time of being barefoot, bring your own paper towel and toilet paper (even though listing says they supply we had 1 roll in each bathroom for 6 people for 6 njghts), planned on doing a load of laundry midweek but washer has black mold, some of the dishes were still dirty, air filter and Vents do not look like they have been cleaned/changed EVER, screen for slider to balcony broken so couldn't keep door open despite cool mornings and evenings, curtains were very dirty, kept having to call to have water turned back on - halo company said there was a running toilet but building maintenance couldn't find an issue and said just have to call to have it reset/turned on - this was an annoyance. Overall we had a great trip thanks to the pool and beach and proximity to each but it was not what we expected from the listing and were disappointed in the condo itself, especially for the price.

Family Vacation 2022
This is our third time staying at Westwinds and our second time in this condo. We love it here and hope to rent this particular one every year! It’s perfect for our family! It’s such easy access to the pool and to the parking deck, we love the fact that we don’t have to mess with elevators. Ashley is easy to communicate with and always responds in a very timely manner. There is really nothing we don’t like about this property.

The lobby location was perfect and so close to the pool area from the side door just off the hall

We have been staying at the Westwinds for 20 years. This condo is one of my favorites so far. The only suggestion I have is to take a couple of days to get a deep cleaning taken care of. Overall it was a wonderful trip.

Great location
Great condo. This was our second time to stay here and we love this location. A few minor complaints that could be easily addressed. The condo is starting to show some wear and tear and it needs to be fixed such as patio furniture very worn out, light bulbs not working, towel racks falling off the wall and overall appearance is just showing its age. These were minor things, but I hope they will be addressed because we love the condo location and the resort. An unrelated complaint is regarding beach chair rentals. Westwinds allows people to put personal chairs and umbrellas in front of the rental chairs and umbrellas. This was very disappointing considering the cost of the rentals for a week. Multiple families felt the same way about this issue. I hope this will be brought to the resorts attention. Unfortunately we will not rent from here as long as this continues to be the policy. I want to reiterate that the condo is a great place to stay and if the chair situation on the beach changes and the condo is updated/fixed we would rent from here again in a heartbeat!

Not happy with beach chairs
Didn’t like the fact I pay for chair on the beach and the property let’s people put chairs in front of the paying customers it’s a small thing but the building next store didn’t aloud people to do that so I would stay there next time.

Great location and excellent resort
We loved the ground level condo for being on parking level and walking to pool and beach. Had a good view of beach and pool. The condo itself was very clean and well equipped. I would definitely reccomend this unit. Ashley was very good to work with. Our family had a great time and will definitely plan another trip to this resort and condo.

Summer break
Great location. Condo was clean, updated, comfy beds and a short walk to the beach. The pool was large so there was plenty of room for all the guests. Just a bit of warning, be sure to wear your bracelet showing that you are a guest when you go to the pool area as they are enforcing wearing a bracelet by all guests. A good time was had by all.

Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful condo. The view is amazing and love that we didn’t have to get on elevator to go to pool. The only complaint I have was one of the king beds in back was very hard. Everything else was perfect. Very Clean, beautiful view, great family fun.

Two bedrooms are situated over either a generator or some other engine that shakes your bed all night or is very hot or chilly as the night progresses. I'm sure this is not the first time this has been reported and I think it would show integrity to advise your patrons of this inconvenience to rest.
