"Salty Mermaids" Condo 1131 is located on the 11th floor at Shores of Panama Resort, with a reserved parking spot located on the 11th floor. The age requirement to rent this condo is 21. There is an $115 registration fee on-site for parking passes and armbands.

"Salty Mermaids" is a Direct Beachfront 3BR/3BA condo with a huge wrap-around balcony overlooking the white sandy beach and clear emerald waters of the gulf. Professionally managed by Azure-Properties, you will have excellent service from booking to after check out! This condo features 2 king beds, 1 queen, a queen sleeper sofa, and a hideaway mattress. Sleeps 10.

The pool complex is one of the largest in all of Northwest Florida and features a hot tub, a tropical tiki bar with beachy cocktails, as well as an outdoor grill with tasty classics. There is also an indoor heated pool, hot tub, sauna, and gym.

This beautifully decorated. 1400 sq. ft. condo has a Mermaid Theme to match its name "The Salty Mermaids". Includes brand new wood-look tile flooring, crown molding, custom-made furniture, and decor. A must see! This condo also comes with a reserved, same-level parking spot in the covered garage.

Just walk right next door to Pineapple Willy's, Lorrie Morgan's Hot Chicken Coop or Waffle House! Walmart is also within walking distance!

You don't need a car. Uber or Lyft is always a great and reasonable choice here in PCB. $35 min. to the airport for approx. $35 Uber/Lyft.

Incredible Views! Great Condo!!

Words cannot describe how much we enjoyed our stay here. We were a group of 4 women in our 50's who graduated college together who meet every year somewhere. It was our 1st time to PCB and it did not disappoint! The condo is 3 bedroom, 3 baths so it was perfect for our group. The wrap around balcony gives views that are to die for. It is called the Salty Mermaid and it decorated so cute!!! Perfect for girlfriends. Brandy and Carla were great property managers and were very responsive to our needs. This unit is right next door to Pineapple Willies and across the road from Walmart so it is very convenient. We liked being more to the east end of the area with less traffic. One thing to note...bring a roller cart or wagon to take items from your car in the parking garage to the unit. It's a bit of a walk. We will definitely be back when we return to the area!

A relaxing condo in a very busy place

This is a really nice condo. It's well furnished and has lots of attention to detail in it's decor. Just a relaxing place to be. It was really nice to have a clean quiet sanctuary to return to after fighting the crowds in this extra busy summer season and the view was really nice.

Hands down our best family vacation. First timers to PCB. Carla was amazing to deal with. She made everything so easy and accommodating. The condo was SPOTLESS and beautifully decorated. The beach in this area is very alive and we loved that.

Spectacular Condo and communication

The Salty Mermaid is a beautiful condo!! The pictures don’t do it justice! But I will say the best part of the process was communication with the manager Carla! She went above and beyond before and during our stay! I would rent from any property she managed. The condo has a beautiful view of the Gulf and having a reserved spot right by the door to walk to the condo was amazing and convenient. I had zero issues with our condo. The food at the pool area was delicious!!! The fries are a must have!!! The staff at the resort were very friendly also! The only negatives were with the resort themselves: the constant smell of marijuana and the inability to find a chair by the pool, with a resort this size it was difficult to find a chair if you weren’t there right when it opened. And with all large resorts, the elevators and wait time are also very long. Because of Carla and the beautiful condo I would definitely rent from her again, despite the issues with elevators and marijuana smell. The Salty Mermaid is amazing and Carla is the best manager we have ever booked with and worked with when planning a vacation
