At the heart of the slopes of Puy Saint Vincent, for rent at 1800m a pretty adjoining chalet of good standing with terrace and balcony, furnished and equipped for 6-7 people. RESIDENCE LE PARC AUX ETOILES SWIMMING POOL AND SAUNA.
AREA: 42m²
- On the ground floor: an entrance with cupboard and WC. A kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, 4 hotplates, a mini oven, a kettle, a coffee maker and a toaster.
A living room including a trundle bench with its south-facing terrace.
- Upstairs: a bedroom with a double bed opening onto a small south-facing balcony, a bedroom with a bunk bed and two single beds, closet and wardrobe. Bathroom.

Larch wood and local stones, the Parc aux étoiles is a luxury residence, ski-in ski-out, nestled in the very heart of the ski area. In winter, enjoy the year-round heated swimming pool and its snow-covered surroundings. In summer, the snow gives way to the terrace, its deckchairs and parasols. You are at the foot of hiking trails, the Bike Park, summer tobogganing, and a few steps from tree climbing and climbing sites.
