Practical 1 bedroom apartment with all the amenities for a comfortable stay. Centrally located to enjoy everything the city has to offer, with parking included!

In this apartment up to 2 people can sleep comfortably.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you’ll need to whip up a delicious meal including a microwave, a fridge, and an oven.

The bedroom contains a double bed with hotel-quality linens and multiple storage spaces. The bathroom has all the amenities you’ll need to freshen up such as a shower, a toilet, and a sink.

Fresh towels and free toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience.

The flat is always professionally cleaned and strategically sanitized for your safety.

Walk outside the apartment, take a walk along the quays on the banks of the canal and watch the boats come and go, go a bit further, to the Antipode, a cool bar on a barge.Push the fluvial experience so far that you will think that you're Jack Sparrow. Sit at a table at La Bulle and order a traditional French meal served with a smile, before catching a movie in one of the twin MK2 cinemas or a play at the Centquatre or perhaps a concert at the Point Ephémère.Between the water and the culture, Paris will be at your feet !

The apartment is easily accessible by public transport.

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of EUR 20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
