Enjoy exclusive access to the main house when renting the Casita, featuring a two-car garage and driveway parking. The Casita boasts its designated private entrance for your convenience. Revel in a 500 sq. ft. covered outdoor dining area, providing a secluded space for relaxation and entertainment. Indulge in an additional private dining patio next to the built-in BBQ, spanning 500 sq. ft. Ensure an intimate culinary experience with your own private grill. The large backyard grass area, set away from the patio, is the only shared space (see below for more info). Adhere to a three-car maximum for the entire property, with one car in the 2-car garage and two additional cars in the driveway.
Quiet Time Note: Quiet hours at Casa de Kona begin at 10 PM and extend until 10 AM. Guests must comply with South Oceanside's residential noise ordinance laws during these hours to respect our neighbors and ensure a peaceful atmosphere.
Maximum Occupancy: The Casita can accommodate up to 7 guests. Please note that we strictly adhere to this limit for the comfort and safety of all guests.
Security and Safety: To ensure the safety of all guests and the two homes on the property, security cameras are installed in the exterior common area, the outdoor shared space. These cameras actively monitor the property's perimeter at all times.
Booking Note: Upon booking, you will instantly receive a confirmation from "Casa de Kona Vacation Rentals." Please review details for accuracy and use the link in your booking confirmation to sign our Rental Agreement within 24 hours. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of your booking.
