All of this and more can be done from this special place on the Pend Orielle river. Rivers Edge Cabin is perched above the river and surrounded by trees on 3 private acres. Private boat launch (shared with the neighbor) and dock for conveniently loading and parking your watercraft during your stay. Fishing poles available for the fishermen and more! All the modern conveniences to make your stay enjoyable. Fiber Optic WI-FI available.

What a great place to enjoy a quiet cup of coffee near the river in the morning. We hunted each day, and returned to this wonderful cabin each evening to quiet, peaceful relaxation

Beautiful location
The location is tucked into a beautiful remote location off of the Pend Oreille River . My kids who are 9 and 11 loved swimming in the river with their life jackets. The water has a little chill to it but once your body got acclimated to the temperature it was fine. The surrounding trees give you privacy and also a fun adventure for the kids. There are two markets one 15 mins north of the cabin and the other about 20 mins south of the cabin. The house is stocked with a little bit of food which is nice if you didn’t bring anything. The kitchen has everything you could need. There’s a bbq outside, fire pit and a shed that has a couple of games (also board games located inside the house as well). We enjoyed sitting outside on the deck, they have a very comfy patio table/chairs. The house has a dvd player and movies but we did not use these as the cabin has a smart tv and we could stream Netflix off of our phones or iPad onto the tv. The owner Christy is very friendly and super responsive. Made the experience very easy for us. The only negative experience we had with this location was the spotting of a mouse or two (no infestation) inside the cabin. We contacted Christy about this and she was very responsive and is very much on top of this situation. I have no doubts it will be taken care of. We definitely would return in the future and bring family to enjoy this location with us.

Great hunting home away from home
My husband, adult son, brother-in-law, and friend all stayed at the cabin for a week while hunting in the area. They loved all of the small appliances and spices available for cooking, and the outdoor fire pit. The cabin was remote and on a beautiful piece of property. Thank you for offering such a wonderful place to retreat!

Beautiful location, minor nits.
Beautiful location and cabin, and for the most part well-stocked cabin. No complaints there. The ad did not mention there is only smart tv that requires YOU to have streaming accounts to watch. NO broadcast or satellite television, and the provided DVD player did not work. Fortunately, we brought our own DVD player or we would have been unable to watch even movies. The ad said wood would be supplied. It wasn't. We had to split our own. We arrived to find only 5 gallons of drinking water for 4 people for ten days, and when I called the owner she said it wasn't worth her time to bring us more. To be fair, the cabin water is filtered, but if a drinking water dispenser is provided, so should the water. All are minor nits, but for the money we expected better. All in all it was still a great vacation and location.

Great spot next to the river
Fun place to kick back, have a fire, and enjoy the river. The place comes with lots of games for everyone to enjoy. the fireplace really heats the upstairs, where the main bedroom is so just be mindful on warmer days a fire could make for a hot night sleep.

Rustic oasis from the big city
Perfect getaway from Seattle. Great cabin for relaxing, entertaining, and wild life viewing. We really enjoyed ourselves! Communication w we it’s Christy was easy, and the property had a lot of basics to keep us comfortable! We had one rainy day- so it was nice to connect our streaming accounts to the smart TVs and watch our favorite shows! We will DEFINITELY rebook. Hoping to make this an annual event!

Perfect weekend
We had such a wonderful time at River’s Edge Cabin. We had everything we needed, and we never left the back deck. We saw every bird the river has to offer, and even caught a fish off the dock! We can’t wait to visit again.

Great location. Dock needs secured and brushed. House and surroundings, as I walked the road, had a lot of ants. Cinnamon around baseboards and crevices keep ants at bay. Wonderful vacation, very peaceful, truck never left the spot I parked it in till we left to go home.

This property is simply lovely. It's was a quiet getaway on the river. The property manager had everything there we could possibly need. It was well kept and clean. We enjoyed our stay.

Absolutely lovely cabin
Perfect little cabin in the woods. They have everything you need! The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware and utensils. The beds were super comfortable and so was the recliner. The towels were soft and fluffy. The deck is perfect for relaxing and taking in all the views. There is another house nearby but it's still secluded enough for privacy. We loved this place and can't wait to come back!
