We are two best friends who have always dreamed of having a lake house together. We recently purchased and remodeled this 4 bedroom, 2,700 square foot lakefront home and we would love to share it with you and your family. Our vision was to transform and create a space with upscale design and decor that encompasses modern, urban and rustic styles for your lake vacation.

FireFly sleeps 14 comfortably with 4 bedrooms. The first level has the master bedroom/bath with a breathtaking view of the cove and private deck with plenty of seating. There are 2 additional bedrooms and a guest bathroom on this level. The newly remodeled kitchen has a gorgeous view of the cove. Take a few steps down to the living room and marvel in the soaring ceilings and oversized windows with lots of natural light. There is also a soothing electric fireplace for winter month rentals. The living area also has access to the upper deck with gas grill and plenty of outdoor tables and comfortable seating.

In the lower level, you will find the bar with TV and ice maker, large double bunk room for the kids, 1/2 bath, laundry room and ping pong table and arcade video game room. This space has unique design themes with blue custom flooring that resembles the lake water.

The bar area leads out to a covered patio with outdoor furniture and fire table...just steps away from the lake with a private expansive 2 slip dock (one available for renters). There is also a second level on the dock that is ideal for laying in the sun (there is no jumping from the second level of the dock per insurance guidelines). Floatable toys, kayak, standing paddle board, some fishing gear and a lilly pad are all available for renters to enjoy. Boats are welcome, as there is one slip available for renters. There are also many boat rental places close by that will deliver a boat to our dock. There is a public boat ramp just minutes away and plenty of room to park a trailer and multiple cars in the driveway.

This is a family-friendly​ rental space that has neighbors who are mostly​ year-round ​residents. This is not a party cove and we are seeking renters who understand the family atmosphere that is present in this cove. For safety and insurance purposes there is an exterior ring camera. We also realize cleanliness is important to our guests and we have adopted strict cleaning and disinfecting practices between guests so you can rest assured that you are entering an immaculately cleaned space for your vacation.

FireFly is located on the 8 mile marker in South Buck Creek Cove situated between Big Thunder/Mystic Marina and Lake Shore Marina. Grocery, restaurants​, gas, tackle, and convenience stores are about 7 minutes by car.
