Welcome to my home!
Are you looking for a place that is both COMFORTABLE and CHARMING to spend your next vacation? I have the great pleasure to welcome you in my Cabourg studio, ready to receive 2 persons, perfect for a tourist stay ! You will also be able to enjoy the outdoor swimming pool opened from April to September (warm) and the tennis court!

It is located 5 minutes walk from the Promenade Marcel Proust, and 3 minutes drive from downtown.

## Logement
With a capacity of 2 persons, you will have at your disposal a living space composed of a sofa bed and a television; a fully equipped kitchen and a shower room.

The Promenade Marcel Proust is 5 minutes away by foot!
You will be 4 minutes by car from the Cabourg Beach, and 11 minutes from the huge, beautiful and famous Houlgate Beach!
Stroll along the Avenue de la Mer (4 minutes by car) and the Avenue du Marché (4 minutes) where most of the shops and restaurants of Cabourg are located.

One of the activities not to be missed when coming to Cabourg is catamaran sailing! The inter-communal sailing school (3 minutes by car) offers trips for this purpose.
I also recommend you to visit the bay of Orne (12 minutes by car), where it is possible to observe seals as in the bay of Somme.

From Merville-Franceville, a bicycle path allows you to ride along the Orne estuary, and even to reach Ouistreham. So, rent a bike and go on an adventure! You'll find the Nomadeshop, a bike rental store just 1 minute away by car.

To do also:
- Discover the famous cliffs of the black cows (18 minutes by car) ;
- Visit Beuvron-en-Auge, one of the most beautiful villages in Normandy (17 minutes by car);
- Attend a horse race;
- Attend the Cabourg film festival.

For your daily shopping, you will find the Market Cabourg and a Carrefour Drive at 4 minutes by foot.

## Emplacement
Cabourg is a seaside resort in Normandy, located on the Côte Fleurie. Numerous activities make this town pleasant for a stay with family, friends or alone. Fishing on foot or sand yachting make the 4km of fine sand pleasant, bordered by the Marcel Proust promenade and its beautiful houses. The Tourist Office offers a free walking tour of the most beautiful buildings in the resort. Like many seaside resorts, Cabourg has a Casino to entertain the older ones. Finally, the town hosts the annual Romantic Film Festival in June.
