"SUNNY SIDE UP" Bungalows of Seagrove Beach Florida

Welcome to our "Happy Bungalow" Sunny Side Up. We are honored you found our beautiful beach home. We are secluded in a small colorful village in Seagrove Beach just a short walk to our beach access on famous Highway 30-a. Once you go down the access to our beautiful beaches of the Gulf Of Mexico, you will be greeted by sparkling waves and pristine white sand. You are now in Happy Land!!

We are a pet friendly Bungalow named after our dog "Sunny" who loves to go sunny side up for belly rubs. Our goal is to make you feel relaxed while you enjoy all of our amenities.

The kitchen is newly renovated with granite counter tops, tile backsplash, and everything you can imagine to make your gourmet meal or just a sandwich to run to the pool or beach.

The living area has a sleep sofa and 2 comfy chairs to snuggle in for a movie on the 55" Roku TV along with high speed internet and cable TV package. Be sure to bring your account info to enjoy Amazon, Netflix, and other on-line accounts you may have.

Our bedrooms are on the second level. Master has a king bed set. Guest has a queen bedset. Both with their own bathroom. Master has Rainhead shower as well as handheld. The guest has a combination tub/shower with hand held shower. All has been newly renovated for your pleasure.
Both bedrooms have access to the balcony overlooking the smaller round pool just steps away from you.
Perfect spot for morning coffee or evening wine!!

When the mood strikes you, pack up the little beach wagon we provide you that also has chairs, floats, boogie boards, add in some towels and you are all set.
Our sunrises and sunsets are breath taking!!

The Bungalows of Seagrove features 2 pools. the smaller one right out your front door.
The larger pool is just a brief walk thru the beautiful pathways to the newly resurfaced pool along with brand new furniture for your enjoyment. There are walking trails if you want to take a casual stroll.

If you decide to rent or bring an electric cart to cruise the area, we have a charging station for you to use anytime.

We loved our stay!

Our family had a wonderful stay and it felt like a home away from home. The location was perfect for us — a quiet neighborhood close to so many things and an easy walk to the beach. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

One of our favorites in ~15 years of vacations in Seaside area!

We absolute loved this Bungalow - from the modern and tasteful touches and comfortable interior, to the conveniently located pools (yes multiple pools in this complex) just steps away, to the proximity to the beach access. It is not beachside but it is really easy to get to the beach from this bungalow; I’m guessing it’s about a 5 minute walk max and there is a nice crosswalk with a button you press to alert traffic to stop when you need to cross. Honestly it was better than many “beachside” condos we have stayed at that still have long, inconvenient walks. I could go on, but suffice it to say this was one of our favorite stays ever and we will be back!

This is a great little gem off of 30A! Pools were great as was the quick and easy walk to the Beach access. I would def stay again and recommend to anyone.

Great Stay!

This stay was absolutely phenomenal. Check in was a breeze. We received the check-in instructions over a week beforehand. Upon check-in, we were greeted with two bottles of wine, which we enjoyed a ton! Walk to the beach was a breeze, and only took 10 minutes max considering the hosts provided a super handy cart to lug all of the items out with. We even walked to the Seaside town square (roughly 4 miles round trip). Although, I would recommend wearing some good walking shoes if you choose to do so. The house was quaint and perfect for our party! Would 100% consider booking again if we find ourselves back in Seaside!

Great updated property

Clean updated unit. Had plenty of towels/bedding/ kitchen basics. Tvs in all rooms. For down stairs tv, power on the polk audio for added sound especially for movies. Property has pools that were clean. Rented a golf cart and property had charging station, luckily it wasn't busy because only 2 can charge at once. Extremely quick responses from Owner

This Place is the Best!!

We absolutely loved our stay here at the Bungalows. It was so quiet and secluded, the beach is a very short walk away and the wagon, chairs, and umbrella helps a ton! The place itself was absolutely perfect for a family and we had everything we needed. Thanks Coop we will be booking again!

Each family had their own bungalow. We loved it because we were close to each other and walking distance to the beach. Sunny Side Up was awesome for me and my husband. It was very clean and had everything we needed. We will stay there again. Thank you Coop and Peggy for the welcome wine.

Very comfortable

Our family enjoyed our stay at Sunny Side Up. The owner was very easy to get in contact with if we needed anything and the kitchen was fully stocked in good condition. The close proximity to the pool and walk to the beach was awesome. Having the beach wagon was a big help too.

Highly recommend

I was very impressed with the unit and the level of communication with the owner prior to arriving. Coop sent information about the area and other helpful details about the unit. When I arrived there were a couple of bottles of wine waiting for me which I thought was a really nice touch. The unit was very clean and comfortable. It was great having carpeted stairs because there wasn’t any concerns that my daughter would slip. In fact, my family was staying in another unit and their stairs were not carpeted and it became an issue for them. The beds at our place were extremely comfortable and I have back issues so I never know if I’ll be able to sleep well on a different bed than my own, but not the case here. I brought my own beach chairs, but there were chairs and a wagon for us to use as well as pool noodles for the pool. Another thing I really appreciated was having dish soap and hand soap at the kitchen sink and hand soap in the bathrooms. The showers had great water pressure and I loved being able to use the handheld shower head, which were in both showers. The plugs bedside with USB ports were also a nice touch. There were also clear instructions on how to use the tvs and Roku remotes. I would definitely stay here again and I highly recommend this unit.

Great Beach House

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here! The house was spacious for all 5 of us. We had 2 adults, 2 seniors and 1 teen. The location was perfect. The beach was pretty close. It was a little far for the seniors. However, we rented a golf cart. So, that helped. There is also another beach access a little further down. We drove to that one. It was easier for older people since it had a ramp and not stairs. There were plenty of restaurants nearby. So, we didn’t have to be in traffic long at all! We rode our bikes and used the golf cart most of the time. Also, the pool is awesome, and I really enjoyed the hot tub! We found that Seagrove was much less crowded than Destin. We definitely liked that! We would absolutely stay here again!

Bungalow Bliss

We had a great time staying at the Bungalows. We had everything we needed for our beach trip, chairs, umbrellas, wagon. I loved that the pool was right outside our door, the kids loves it! We had no issues during our stay, thanks for opening your house up to us.

Cozy retreat

We enjoyed our stay in bungalow 198, the place was very clean. The only thing missing were blinds on the door, had to put a towel over window for privacy. All in all we love the area, hope to come back soon.

We were impressed from the moment we stepped inside Sunny Side Up! The home is beautiful, has been meticulously maintained and has all the comforts of home. The bungalow is in a great location, 5 min walk to the beach. It was clean and updated nicely. Nice appliances and flat screen tvs in each room. The bungalows also have a nice size pool to relax in after the beach.

Great stay!

The property was just as listed. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The pool in front of the place is pretty small, but the walk to the larger pool is very short. No issues finding chairs at the pool and it's pretty large, so it didn't seem crowded. It is a short walk to the beach as well (5-10 minutes). Gary had a wagon with beach chairs to use. Location is good. There are several restaurants close by. Rosemary Beach and Seaside are a short drive away for shopping and additional restaurants. Destin and Panama City are about 30 minutes away. Gary was very responsive. Anytime I sent a message, he responded within a few minutes. He also lives close by, which is nice in case there is an issue, which we had none. I'd definitely recommend Gary's place if you are looking for a clean, quiet place to spend a few days.
