Located on the 4th floor with elevator of a beautiful, luxury Lyon building, a few minutes' walk from the Foch metro station, which takes you to the Presqu'île in less than 3 minutes, this typical 40 m² apartment comfortably accommodates up to 4 people. Featuring a beautiful living room with an HD TV and a double sofa bed, a cozy sleeping area in a closable alcove with a comfortable double bed and a large walk-in closet right next to it, a large, fully equipped kitchen with a dining table, and a bathroom with a bathtub, it is ideal for a comfortable tourist stay exploring Lyon, a business trip, or a weekend with friends.

The apartment is equipped with fiber optic Wi-Fi.

Bed linens and towels are provided. We also provide complimentary toiletries (a few coffee pods, tea, rice, pasta, etc.).

Check-in is 100% autonomous from 3 p.m. via a secure key box. Checkout is possible until 11 a.m.

According to our conditions on our listing, parties and any noisy event (loud music etc...) which can disturb our neighborhood are strictly forbidden, such as smoking into our apartment.
