Beautiful Three Bedroom home that features a gas fireplace, private wifi, and is walking distance to the slopes! The master bedroom features a King bed while the second bedroom features two queens. Get the benefit of a bonus third bedroom located in the loft, that has two bunk bed sets - each with a twin over queen layout. This layout gives you space for up to 12 guests to sleep comfortably and still have plenty of space to spread out and find some quiet time! Whether nestled up in front of the gas fireplace, or enjoying the great outdoors surrounding you, your comforts will be met and memories will be made!
The Area:
Boyne Mountain is a golfer and skier's paradise offering the top-rated skiing and snowboarding and golf courses in the Midwest. Boyne also has one of the largest water parks in the Midwest, tennis courts, Deer Lake/Beach, and several dining options. Golf, skiing and snowboarding lessons are available at the resort. We highly recommend purchasing lift tickets, ski rentals and booking tee times for golf in advance. For details regarding resort amenities, please contact the resort directly for pricing on their day passes and lift tickets.
Deer Lake is a public lake for you to enjoy, and 7 miles away is Lake Charlevoix in Boyne City.

Very enjoyable experience

Stayed here with 2 other families for a soccer tournament weekend. - Lots of room for everyone to sleep, beds were big and very comfortable - Every bathroom had full amenities which reduced a lot of time each day for everyone to get ready - Kitchen had all the amenities needed for food storage and eating meals in house - Kitchen and living room areas were a little tight with 10-12 people in the house but not a huge issue for us since we were at the tournament majority of our days Would definitely stay at this place again!!

I rented this condo as it had bedrooms & beds galore. Three bathrooms getting ready for my grand daughter’s wedding was a blessing. No overcrowding at all. Yes it does sleep 12 but at any one time we only had 5 people staying in this rental. The beds were comfortable, plenty of pillows and did I mention how clean this condo was? Well my room mates can be very judge mental when it comes to cleanliness and it passed their inspection. Would I recommend this rental? You bet I would. It filled the bill for my family and friend that visited us. Plenty of room, near everything at Boyne Resorts. Very near Boyne City, Charlevoix, Petoskey and easy roads to drive. Very lovely country, time to relax and see the sights.

We rent quite a bit in Disciples Village. This kind of has been updated and has very nice amenities. It also has seating capacity for a large group for eating and spending time in the condo.

Winter Break Boyne Trip

This is our second year staying at the property. Property was clean and communication was good with property manager. Great location, about 100 yards to Magic Carpet Ride so easy walk. Boyne shuttle is available if you don't want to walk. Overall, very happy with property and would stay again.

Great spot for slopes

Short walk to the bunny hill and short drive to disciples slopes. Great to have the three beds and three baths. Parking a little tricky but no big issues. Would stay here again!

Perfect stay!

This condo worked out perfectly for our ski weekend. It’s only a 5 minute easy walk to the hills and all the Boyne restaurants and shopping. Everything was clean and exactly as described. The kitchen could use a couple more frying pans, spatulas, and didn’t have any measuring cups. But other than that, everything was perfect! There is a Keurig and a regular coffee maker, and there’s a crock pot as well. The bench at the table is really nice so you can easily fit 8 people at the dining table. Beds were comfortable and the rooms are very spacious.

Condo with bunks close to walking path to the slopes.

Great location in the condo section of Boyne Mountain. Beds were comfortable and communication/check in was prompt and easy. Kitchen has the basics for making meals. There's no extra cabinet of good books or board games - would make this place the perfect cozy ski spot.

Great spring skiing!

Great stay, close to the slopes and easy to get around. Host was responsive when we had a mid-week issue and responded immediately. Not a true ski-in/ski-out given location, which is the only imperfect thing - kids got worn out carrying skis, and other condos in disciples village are more accessible to the slopes. Great trip!

Easybrental process and check in and out. Property has 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. Small deck for outdoor seating. Full kitchen, storage was a plus for food. Overall great experience.
