Featuring a deck and patio with an outdoor dining area, hammock, kayak, paddleboards all surrounding a private saltwater pool. Enjoy a relaxing retreat inside Villa 3 a 2-bedroom, 2-bath seaside home. Property is centrally located: 7 min drive to the Fort Lauderdale beaches, 7 min drive to downtown Fort Lauderdale, 10 min drive to Las Olas Blvd, and a 15 min drive to Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport. 
The space
 Villa 3 offers a large backyard that features a saltwater pool, hammock, kayak, and paddleboards ready for you to enjoy with your family and friends. 
Inside living space sleeps 4 with queen size bed in both rooms, and a twin-size bed available upon request for a 5th guest. Both bedrooms offer walk-in closets and private bathrooms. Access to washer and dryer available to use during your stay. Open concept kitchen and living space comfortably furnished geared with a large smart TV. High-speed internet is included to make working from Villa 3 the perfect zoom background. French doors in both the living room and master bedroom provide panoramic views of the water. You’ll never miss a sunset at Waterfront Villa 3.
Outdoor oasis provides a shaded pergola, a sunbathing deck, boat dock, private salt-water pool, and water sport activates including, 2 paddleboards and 1 kayak. Villa 3 offers 2 outdoor grills conveniently located poolside – propane gas grill and wood-burning brick oven great for meats, pizzas, and more. The shaded outdoor area includes a dining table and lounge furniture perfect for sipping morning coffee or evening cocktails. 
Villa 3 is located on a triplex lot. Although Villa 3 is private and secluded, Villa 1 and 2 are available for bookings separately and bundled. Contact us for information on renting the entire property to accommodate large groups (3 unit, 5 bedroom, 6.5 bathroom – sleeps 12). 
Bookings include assistance with boating, jet ski, and other attraction rentals.

Other things to note
 Villa is a non-smoking home. Smoking is only allowed outside. No smoking of any kind is allowed inside the home. There is a $500 fee if any evidence of smoke is found inside the home.
There is a $75 per visit pet fee. All pets must be approved by the homeowner.
The Villa Fort Lauderdale has taken extra caution to deep clean between guests, with special attention to high touch areas. Our home is clean, sanitized, and disinfected to help keep you safe.
