This lovely second floor unit will have you coming back year after year! Recently updated two-story townhome 2bdr , 2bath offers everything you need to take full advantage of this relaxing, beautiful area .
Best of all, you’re just a seven-minute walk from Madeira’s best beach, Archibald Memorial Beach Park.
Grocery store is 0.2 miles away, a 4 minute walk or a 1 minute drive

The main level has a dining room, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a ½ bathroom. The bedrooms and a full bathroom with washer and dryer are on the second floor.
LOCATION:
Your Madeira Beach Yacht Club offers many amenities you’ll want to check out. In addition to the two heated pools, you can take advantage of a well-equipped fitness center, Jacuzzi, sauna, billiards room, clubhouse, shuffleboard, and 4 fishing piers. You’re also close to excellent golf courses, a pirate cruise, John’s Pass Village and Boardwalk, a sunset dolphin cruise and jet skiing.
Great brand new ROC park adjacent to property with municipal Basketball & Tennis courts, Covered jungle gym, Event/Soccer and baseball fields! Terrific paved walkway edges around the bay with water features and benches.

Townhome Features:

-Amenities include a fully equipped kitchen, 3 flat-screen TVs, free WiFi, central air conditioning, a screened porch, propane gas grill, private second floor entrance, designated parking, and more.
-Spacious master bedroom has one king and one queen size beds.

-There is a new full size washer and dryer located upstairs as well.

There are grocery stores, a variety of restaurants, bars, the beach all just a few footsteps away. Once you arrive no car is necessary.

Great Place and Wonderful Location

This condo was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed! It’s a quick walk to the beach, food stores and restaurants. Communicated with the host was excellent. She even checked in with me during the week to make sure things were okay. Would definitely rent this property again.

Very generous with the extras

Beautifully remodeled with awesome showers (upstairs shower is our favorite)! We found so many extras included--paper plates, sun screen, beach wagon with chairs, garbage bags, laundry detergent, the list goes on! Great location!

Beautiful place with an amazing location.

This condo was just as beautiful as advertised. It was close to the beach, restaurants, bars and a grocery store. Everything we needed for our weeklong stay was there. Would definitely recommend.

WOW!

Oksana was wonderful from the very beginning to the very end of my trip! She was extremely helpful and accommodating. Her property was perfect for my three kids and daughter’s friend. She had everything you can possible need. Area is amazing, 5 mins walk to beach, near John’s passing and very convenient to everything. Walking distance to the supermarket, cvs & dollar tree. I loved everything about this rental and area. I am happy that i made the right choice n rented Oksana’s place. We will be back for a longer stay next time! One week was not enough!

Wonderful stay!

We loved this condo, very clean and well stocked with supplies for cooking as well as wagon/chairs/umbrella for walking over to the beach. Oksana had the best communication throughout the check-in process and providing us with the best stay. The 2 full bathrooms were so nice and it was so great to have a washer and dryer. The entire condo is modern and decorated so cute. The location is perfect and safe with a grocery store and cvs close by. The neighbors were all great, this is a very nice place to stay for families. Thank you so much Oksana, this was the best week ever!

Winter escape

Wonderful two weeks at Madeira at this lovely condo. Everything about the place was ideal. Communication at check in was simple, the unit was spotless and well equipped and very comfortable. Enjoyable walks to the beach, restaurants and especially ROC park directly across the street. All in all a very enjoyable trip.

We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay! It had everything we needed & more! Pool & beach accessories, washer/dryer and even extra kitchen essentials! Great Beach House

We just finished up a 2 week vacation and it was so hard to come back home because Oksana's condo was really starting to feel like home. She has provided everything you need in order to feel like a home away from home. The condo was clean (I am a clean freak and I felt totally comfortable here) and it was stocked with everything you could need in the kitchen, bathroom (even a step stool for my little kiddos), and everything for the beach. We were surprised to see there were good quality beach tents and a wagon there so we did not have to rent everyday which definitely saved us some $$. My 4 year old daughter loved that there was even a little chair for her! The location of this condo is great! This condo in specific is right next to the pool, so it is very convenient. I love that there is a grocery store and CVS close for quick trips. The beach is close enough to walk to, especially since Oksana provides a wagon. There are restaurants, stores, and bars within walking distance. This is a laid back area so you do not have the same hustle and bustle which we love. Overall a great place to stay. Oksana made the check in and everything so easy. The condo was clean, safe, well stocked, and great location and we will definitely be back.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this property! It's located within walking distance to so many different places. Therefore, having a car is not a necessity, unless you're going to be doing stuff that is not close by. The house has everything you need... to cook, relax in the house (or on the porch), go to the beach or pool, or anything else you probably can think of doing. The amenities for the residence are a great bonus, although we didn't use all of them. This property is perfect for families or a small groug of friends.

Lovely Getaway!

We had a wonderful time in this location. The unit provides EVERYTHING needed for a beach get away! Chairs, umbrella, beach toys, and more! They thought of everything and have it ready to go. My teenagers enjoyed having the freedom to easily walk to shopping, eating, and spending time at the beach. The pool was lovely! Slightly heated so very comfortable to swim anytime of the day. Also really appreciated having two bathrooms in the unit. It was cleaner and nicer than expected, for the money!

Consider yourself lucky!

As much as I don’t want to share this secret, If you’ve discovered this listing, consider yourself lucky! Dont hesitate to book! Oksanas condo at the Madeira Beach Yacht Club has everything you need for a perfect, relaxing vacation. The condo was spotless when we arrived and after a long day of travel we were greeted with a bottle of wine and chocolate. The beds were comfortable and the condo was well stocked with all the essentials- paper towels, dish soap, laundry detergent, etc. The kitchen was well stocked and had basics like cooking spices, olive oil, flour etc. While the condo itself is lovely, the best part of all was the location. There is a grocery store across the street and the beach is just a short walk. Of course, Oksana has equipped the condo with a beach wagon, beach chairs, beach towels toys, everything you need! You do not need to rent a car here! Everything is within walking distance. There are two beautiful heated pools at the condo and multiple fishing docks (we were so pleased to find fishing poles and supplies in the closet). There is a great park and fishing pier right across the street. Okasna is the perfect host. Her instructions were clear and easy to follow, She contacted us before our trip to send photos and ideas for activities. She checked in via text periodically throughout the trip to make sure everything was going well. She was very quick to respond to any questions we had. We had the best vacation here!
