Comfortable and well equipped

Great, livable, well equipped house in a quiet location with easy access to downtown St. Pete’s and the lively harbor area which is far more enticing than Central Ave which seems to get a lot of press. Enjoyed being at the house and on the dock but also drove to beautiful DeSoto Beach, a good 20 minutes away but worth it. Would certainly recommend for 4 people.

Annual Trip to St Pete

Property was in excellent condition, equipped beautifully, host was excellent. Our preference would have been to be more North (NE St Pete) but that has no bearing upon an excellent review of our stay.

Peaceful waterfront home

Three business people were seeking a quiet home for a fishing week. The home was perfect for that. Fishing from the dock was fun, close to various marinas and shopping, the view was wonderful and the house had everything we were hoping for. Would definitely come back.

Perfect location!

We were in town for a brief stay for 3 things: fishing, relaxing and checking out Eckerd College for our son. The campus in only 15 minutes away, and the rest of our time we enjoyed easy access to Fort Soto park for some beach time - beautiful spot! We also enjoyed just being at the house - the yard is lush and private. Our son fished off the dock, and we saw dolphins almost daily, but the highlight was a manatee swimming by one night! i brought my inflatable paddle board and had a nice time exploring the canal and the bay. Great spot! Private and close to everything! Owner was very responsive and informative. Thank you!

Beautiful Oasis of Bliss

The only reason this doesn’t get 5 stars all the way around was not the Owners fault but the cleaning company. This home is in a subdivision but once you pull into the driveway, you fell like you are all alone. The privacy you feel was fantastic. The backyard is where we stayed most of the time if we was home. The koi pond was so peaceful & where I had my coffee. This beautiful place didn’t disappoint & Jay is very responsive & gives detailed instructions. We would recommend & would definitely return

Family get away to Saint Pete.

Jay was great from the beginning, the place is just as it listed. Our family of six had a great stay. We went to Fort Desoto and the kids went to St. Pete beach. We all regrouped at the house and went out to meals together in St. Pete by the pier. Great stay in a convenient location.

Stay by the Bay

The house had an ideal location with plenty of vegetation between the edge of the water and the house to provide some privacy. Spacious and well-kept, this house had all the things we needed for our stay. Additionally, it was located within a short drive to the downtown area of St. Petersburg. We would certainly stay here again!

Perfect gateway

The house was in quick neighborhood and very close to downtown. A quick drive to beaches as well. We spent time on sitting in the backyard (The view was beautiful) and exploring all the tropical trees in the yard. We stayed at a couple of Jay’s properties and both of them were perfect! Jay is very responsive and very helpful. We will definitely stay here again.

This was truly an outstanding choice

We loved our stay at Jay’s place. This was truly an outstanding choice. Jay created a tropical paradise in the backyard. The view over the water was simply amazing. We relaxed and even saw dolphins swimming by. Rooms are very nice, cozy, and clean, beds are extremely comfortable. Absolutely at a great location. We definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Nice home

This is a nice home with a great view. The master bedroom, living room kitchen and sitting area are great. The other side of the home with the den, laundry and 2 additional bedrooms is just okay. That side of the home is very hot compared to the main living area and some of it is outdated. The second bathroom is very small. The house was relatively well kept, functional, and contained most amenities travelers could need. Many of the bedroom closets and drawers were full of the owners items making it difficult to use bedroom space (we lived out of our suitcases for the entire stay.)

The Perfect Hidden Gem

Jay's house is tucked away in its own private jungle. It is secluded, but still close to everything you could want. 20 minutes to the airport, 20 minutes to a beach, and loads of restaurants, shops, and bars within ten minutes or less. The check in/out processes were seamless and the property is exactly as advertised-- possibly even better. We're already planning more stays!

Family vacation

We had a great vacation with our family. We were a party of seven. The house was very comfortable and cozy. Beds, linens, towels, were very clean and in very good conditions. Even though the bathrooms were in good shape and very ckean, I would maybe recommend the second bathroom to be larger. We had a wonderfull family time!
