Welcome to "La Spiaggia!" Right on the sand at Indies House Condominiums, this updated 2BR/2BTH ground floor condo is centrally located on a no-drive beach. This is the ONLY oceanfront walkout available to rent at sought-after Indies House Condominiums. Perfect for a family vacation or a girls' getaway, the unit sleeps 6 (king in master, 2 queens in guest bedroom). For added convenience, there is a washer/dryer in unit. Just steps to the oceanfront pool, spend your day relaxing on the pool deck or take a short walk down the private boardwalk to put your toes in the sand. Don't forget to wake up early to enjoy a spectacular sunrise right from your oceanfront patio.

The kitchen is fully stocked so you'll be able to cook all your favorites from home. There's cable tv in the living room and both bedrooms as well as complimentary WiFi. Additionally, we provide beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, Boogie boards and sand toys for the kids. Just don't forget your bathing suit and sunscreen!

Walk to shopping, dining, and more! Conveniently located across the street you will find Publix grocery and liquor stores, Dunkin' Donuts, a 24-hour 7/11, a dollar store, and a variety of eat-in or take-out restaurants. Other great local eateries are located near by. If you're interested in a day-trip, Disney parks, Universal and Sea World are only an hour and a half away!

Fabulous stay at Ormand by the Sea

Everything within condo is excellent and the location is very quiet/ perfect. Our first visit to the Daytona area in March. The building in our option and most people we met on the beach say its the nicest on the strip. Communication with Vivian was prompt. We love the area and most definitely coming back.

Well maintained and convenient

This was a nice clean and pretty condo perfect for our family (grandparents, mom and 3 kids). It was so nice that they had beach equipment so we didn’t need to bring our own. The pool was really clean also!

Ormond by the Sea

I had a wonderful time at this oceanfront property. It was wonderful to walk right out to the beach. A nice quiet location since you cannot drive on the beach is this area. Vivian was a great host and was very quick to respond when I had any questions or concerns. The unit was well stocked and very clean. I would certainly stay here again!

This property has literally everything that you need!

I have stayed in many properties that this one is stocked. Everything from basic seasonings to beach toys. I loved this part. The property is also VERY close to the beach and the pool. We had a great week.

Relaxing beach week in a perfect spot!

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at Ormond Beach. Vivian was so helpful and answered any questions, the condo had everything we needed, and the spot close to the pool and beach was ideal for our kids (ages 10-13). Thank you for a great stay!

Relaxing and Fun

It was not quite as light and airy as pictures on site portrayed, but after finding use of dehumidifier and opening up window coverings, we enjoyed it. The owner, Vivian, is so helpful with responding to any questions or concerns so quickly. We were hoping to meet each other, but time didn't allow it. Just a suggestion, updating master bath might be useful in the future. Thank you!

We live in Ormond Beach with our young kids and while we'll never bother you during your relaxing stay, be comforted knowing that we are 10 minutes away in case you need us for anything (locked out, plumbing emergency, etc.).
