There may be loud construction noise while hot tubs replacement project is completed. The construction crews will be working 6 days a week from approximately 7AM-7PM. The booking prices during this time are reflective of hot tub/amenities deck closure and construction discount. No further discounts or refunds will be given related to hot tub closure/construction. If you wish to cancel, you will need to do so within 24-hours of creating the booking or within the cancellation period window in order to receive a refund. If you have any questions, please message us.

The property is located at Winter Park Resort in the Fraser Crossing/Founders Pointe Building. We are located right across from the free community bus, "The Lift". Download The Lift Rider App to see departure and arrival times of the bus and destinations. Local Amtrak service is available at different times of the year in Winter Park and Fraser.

Traveling to Winter Park Resort:
• Denver International Airport (90-miles by vehicle)
• Find carpool buddies with the TreadShare app
• Take the Amtrak train: Winter Park Express ( seasonal) / California Zephyr (once daily)
• Take a shuttle: DIA on Home James Transportation / Grand Mountain Rides
• Use the free bus system "The Lift" if you're staying in town (download the app: Lift Rider App)

During winter months, Colorado has a statewide traction law which requires a 4-wheel-drive or all-wheel-drive vehicle to drive on Colorado roads. We are located in a high altitude mountain climate. Snow can occur at any time during winter months. Failure to have a 4-wheel-drive or all-wheel-drive vehicle will likely result in being unable to reach your vacation rental. No refunds will be given due to poor weather conditions. We encourage all guests to consider 3rd party travel insurance if they have travel concerns.

Our goal is that your vacation exceed your expectations. Elevations by Portoro communicates via email and phone. After a booking is confirmed, rental agreement will be emailed to the guest for e-signature. Check-in instructions are sent by email and text message 14 days (or less) prior to arrival date. We offer convenient keyless entry for self-check in. We do typically check in with guests by text 1-2 times during their stays to ensure a 5-star experience and remain available for any questions. We are available to guests 24/7 for any inquiries.

Best couple getaway

My husband and I try to get to Colorado a couple of times per year. This was our first ski in ski out and it couldn’t be more perfect. The facilities were great and so conveniently located. No complaints about this property! Plan to stay here again in the future.

Great choice!

Love this property and renting from these owners. Super helpful and easy to work with!!! We will be back! Only negatives would be paying for parking, the unit is a bit of a walk to the elevator and the only comfortable sleeping is in the master bed. Even so, I would stay here again.

Good place, Great Location! However Wifi was a lttile spotty at night. Also bring your own toliet paper, they only provide one roll. When we called the number provided to ask about both issues the woman was rude and told us it wasn't in the listing and we should have been aware of it.

Very well located, close to the lifts. We were really happy with the choice. Our twins 9 years old had a great time and everything was easy access from the apartment. Michelle, checked regularly to see if we needed anything. Great place for a short stay.

Spring Skiing

There were two of us for an annual ski trip. The place was great. Plenty of room. Comfortable. Quiet. Maybe 200 paces from the curb to the lift ticket window. Easy access to the facility hot tub (about the size of a small swimming pool). Parking was great. This was a top notch place for us for our trip.

Very close to the slopes

First of all, this place is amazing for a couple adults to stay at and maybe even 4-6 if you're willing to have a couple people sleep on the pullout and be cozy. The kitchen and bathroom are plenty of room with plenty of dishware and space to cook. I was initially skeptical of how far the unit is from the gondola but it's a very reasonable short walk to get from the ski locker to the gondola so don't worry about it. The view out the windows to the slopes, the fireplace, cozy livingroom, and balcony make this unit a place I would easily come back to next year!

Wonderful condo

We had a wonderful time at this condo. It was exactly as listed. Perfect size for 3 people. Great location-across the street to the gondola. Had everything we needed. Everything was clean and organized. Michelle gave all information to make check-in a breeze. Parking was convenient. Lockers for skis were terrific. Beds were comfortable. Loved our stay in Winter Park!
