Ich verwalte und putze meine beiden Fewos. selber und die Kommunikation per Deutsch oder Englisch + whatsapp ist ganz einfach bei mir. Kein Teppich, nur Fliesen, keine Haustiere oder Rauchen gestattet. Perfekt für Allergiker. Diese luxuriöse moderne komplett renovierte 95 qm Ferienwohnung mit 2 Schlafzimmern, 2 Badezimmern + Terrasse + WLAN ist inmitten eines ruhigen tropischen Resorts mit 24 hr Security. Ventura Country Club ist eine geschlosse ruhige Wohnanlage inmitten einer tropischen Atmosphäre. Geniessen Sie einen Cocktail an einem der beiden erfrischenden Pools. Andere Freizeitangebote wären der Tennis/Golfplatz, elegantes Clubhaus mit eigenem Restaurant und Bar, Jogging Wege, Fitness Center, grosser See, Grillen, Kinder Spielplatz, Basketball, 24h-Security und vielem mehr. Keine Reinigungsgebühr, keine Resort Gebühren und free Parking !!! Keinerlei weitere Kosten. All incl. !!!! Ich habe für meine Gäste einen Ordner zusammengestellt mit Empfehlungen von Restaurants in der Nähe wie auch Supermärkte, Apotheken, Aldi, Walmart, Krankenhäuser und Ärzte. Es ist für alles gesorgt. Da ich nur 5 Minuten von Ventura entfernt wohne und schon seit 25 Jahren in Orlando wohne kann ich Ihnen gute Tips über Orlando und die Themenparks geben. Dieses Ferienapartment wurde komplett total renoviert. Eingerichtet mit edlen Möbeln und einem sehr modernen Wohnstil. Die Badezimmer wurden auch renoviert mit Granit und sehr geschmackvollen Fliesen.Jedes Schlafzimmer hat ein LCD Flat TV + Wohnzimmer(3TV's), gratis schnelles WLAN-WIFI und vieles mehr.

A Quiet Piece of Paradise

This gem was just as expected, a 10 per the reviews. It was roomy enough for my husband, adult son and I. The patio was used quite a bit as was the pool--both of which were in sunny spots and very clean. The condo itself was amazing--Jan has stocked more than you could need here in terms of cooking supplies, soaps, laundry soaps, towels, washcloths, etc. The furniture was clean, modern and comfortable. The beds were VERY comfortable. And Jan. Super easy to contact and very responsive. He checked in on us via email just to make sure all was going well. I was asking for printer, possibly somewhere on the property to print off a 3 page document. There is not a business center and he offered to print it off and bring it to me--who does that? Just an awesome host.We would highly recommend this property if you want some sunshine, relaxation and very nice place to stay.Thank you Jan!!

Spacious, Clean Condo.

Great condo and country club for a family vacation in Florida. The condo is spacious, clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The golf Course was in great condition and we enjoyed other facilities such as the main club house pool and the smaller pool close to the condo. We also enjoyed food and drink at the 19th hole.

Great time in Orlando

We had a great stay in Orlando. My husband and I loved staying at Jans condo, he was a very gracious host! The location was great for Disney World and Universal. Cocoa Beach and Kennedy space center was only a little over an hour away! We ate in the clubhouse restaurant and really enjoyed the prime rib special! We plan on returning to Orlando and Jans condo!

Fantabulous Place to Stay

This was the best vacation rental we have stayed in. It was clean, spacious, and lots of amenities. We enjoyed the pools and daily walks in the gated community. Great Vacation

Great vacation at Jan's condo in Ventura Country Club. What a great feeling when your walk in the door and it is meticulously clean and well furnished. Jan also provided all the maps, brochures, coupons and travel books to make navigating the Orlando area simple. Jan is also a very nice guy, we met him when he just finished cleaning the condo. Yes he cleans the condo himself, to make sure its done right.

OUR HOME IN ORLANDO - VENTURA GOLF COUNTRY CLUB

Back home for some vacations days in Orlando, we were pleased to find the place super clean and upgraded since last year. It has been the same since our first stay here 6 or 7 years ago. This gated community the condo is a part of it, is really a safe place with guards patrolling 24 h a day and Police Officers watching for safety and speeding .... Parking our car in front of our door is a plus, easy contact and fast reacting owner makes our stay enjoyable . The condo is perfectly situated at 20 mn driving car from the Mall at Millenia or Winter Park historic center. Public, CVS and Walmart are at a few minutes distance.

GREAT PLACE IN ORLANDO - VENTURA GOLF COUNTRY CLUB

For 2024 we decided to have again some vacations days in Ventura Golf Country Club. So after booking a reservation we travelled to Orlando and were pleased again to find the place super clean. It has been the same since our first stay here 7 or 8 years ago, and we noticed again some improvements, specially new windows. This condo in Ventura Golf Country Club is really a safe place with guards patrolling 24 h a day and Police Officers watching for safety and speeding. The parking in front of the door is really convenient , and you can go walking to the club house for a tee-time. On top of that the condo is perfectly located at 20 mn driving car from the Mall at Millenia or Winter Park historic center, 30mn from Winter Garden via the 408 expressway, 55 mn from Cocoa beach and Port Canaveral. Publix, CVS and Walmart are at a few minutes distance. More, the friendly owner is easy to join and is reacting quickly, so your stay can’t be more enjoyable.

The place was absolutely amazing. I felt very secured staying there as it is under 24 hours security no one is allowed in unless you are a resident or a guest. My husband was staying at ORMC and my brother in law and I wanted to be close by he lives in Ft. Myers, Fl. and I live in Tavares, Fl. The place was between 15 to 20 mins from the hospital. Upon arrival I was able to get in with the code I was provided for entry. I thought I may have to extended my trip another week since my husband was having a very bad week and the management did not have availability, but went out of his way to reach others that have places in Ventura trying to help me locate another unit. My overall experience was that I wish they had property every where I would ever need to rent from. They are more than a property management they made me feel like friends. Even after we left they made sure to text me during the hurricane, checking on us and seeing how my husband was doing. No one does that, but this person did. If I could give 10 stars I would, but I gave them 5 stars the allowed maximum and if you are ever in need of a place to rent from I highly recommend this one.

Fantastic 2 weeks

Great location not far from airport. Felt very safe here, security controlled complex. Condo was cleaned to a high standard on arrival, and has everything you would need for a stay here. We didnt spend too much time in the condo or use any of the facilties such as the pool as we were out all day every day. The condo is on the ground floor with an allocated parking spot. There was no noise what so ever from neighbours above or to the side. Everything we used - the dishwasher, washing machine, oven etc were all in good working order. Beds were clean and comfortable. Shower & bath were both clean and lots of clean towels were available. Great accomadtion for a small family and the owner Jan was very welcoming and friendly. Wouldnt hesitate to return here if we came to Florida again.

Very Enjoyable Visit

We have just returned from a very enjoyable 6 week visit to this lovely apartment. The apartment was just as described in the advertisement. It was very clean on arrival and is very well equipped and comfortable. It really has all the amenities you could need for a great stay , from the well equipped kitchen , laundry facilities and comfortable beds and seating. The location of the apartment is excellent with access to a very nearby pool exclusively for residents of this local neighbourhood of Willowpointe (most days we were the only ones using this pool) as well as a larger pool and restaurant at the "19th hole" of the golf clubhouse. The golf course of the Ventura estate is a well cared for local course at reasonable rates ( you will get residents discount as a guest here) and friendly and helpful staff. Our host Jan was extremely helpful and communication was excellent from our initial enquiry through to the end of our stay. I would certainly recommend this apartment and wouldnt hesitate to come back again myself in the future.

Lovely Ventura Condo

This lovely first floor condo was updated in Dec 2012. We were the first to enjoy! Jan spared no expense, newly tiled floors and fabulous tiled baths. Kitchen is well supplied, all you need is the food. Screened patio is private, overlooks green space and gets the morning sun. Bedroom windows have blackout drapes for those sleep in mornings. Condos are well built and are very quiet. HD TV and wifi. Heated pool nearby. The golf course just rehabbed the greens and they are challenging! We love the community so much we are trying to buy our own place, if that doesn't work out this is where I want to stay!

Hallo. Ich bin der Jan Dorwarth und lebe seit über 25 Jahren in der USA und seit 1998 in Orlando ganz in der Nähe meiner beiden Ferienwohnungen. I love Florida !! Ich habe auch mal 5 Jahre für Disney gearbeitet und kann Ihnen viele gute Tips über die Themenparks und Attraktionen in Orlando geben. Diese 2te neue Ferienwohnung wurde komplett renoviert. Die Verwaltung und Vermietung dieser 2 Ferienwohnungen hält mich ganz schön auf Trab. Ich arbeite aber auch im Hotel als Bedienung für grosse Firmenveranstaltungen und Kongresse. Ich putze jetzt auch selber und Sauberkeit ist bei mir die Nr 1. Sie kennen ja die gute Deutsche Gründlichkeit.

Darum fiel die Entscheidung auf diese Unterkunft

Ich habe sehr viel Erfahrung mit dem Vermieten von Ferienwohnungen. Ich besitze schon eine Ferienwohnung seit 2000 die ich auch hier auf www.fewo-direkt gelistet habe. Die Objekt Nr ist 504312 und ich habe schon 230 hervorragende Bewertungen mit fast nur 5 Sternen. Bei mir ist der Gast König und die Sauberkeit ist die Nummer 1 !! Ich treffe meine Gäste immer persönlich wenn möglich in der Ferienwohnung und gebe meinen Gästen viele gute Tips über Orlando und die Attraktionen. Wenn Sie irgendweliche Fragen haben sollten bin ich immer ganz einfach per whatsapp oder handy/email zu erreichen. Und der Aldi ist fast um die Ecke von der Ferienwohnung. Da gehe ich selber seit vielen Jahren immer hin zum einkaufen.

Das macht diese Unterkunft einzigartig

Bei der Anmietung meiner Ferienwohnung haben Sie einen 'Echten Deutschen' vor Ort. Ich weiss genau auf was meine 'Deutschen' wert legen. Wenn Sie woanders anmieten, dann ist es wahrscheinlich irgendeine annonyme amerikansiche Verwaltung/ Management Firma die erst mal kein Deutsch spricht und dann noch ein paar Tage braucht bis die mal rauskommen wenn es zu einem Problem kommen sollte. Ich wohne nur 5 km entfernt von der Fewo. entfernt und bin sofort da wenn Sie meine Hilfe benötigen. Da ich auch selber putze weiss ich auch sofort wenn irgendwas nicht richtig funktioniert und lasse es gleich reparieren.
