Located within the popular gated community of Wild Dunes, this Tidewater condo offers updated accommodations perfect for a couple or small group of friends. Have you been working hard, and need to get away? This stunning first floor condo is perfectly situated, and hosts many thoughtful extras provided by the homeowners. Enjoy coffee in the morning, or a cocktail in the evening on the comfortable screened patio. The screened porch overlooks the pool and beach, and provides easy access- leaving you just steps away from a walk on the beach, or a dip in the outdoor community pool. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless appliances, and a charming breakfast nook.

Imagine yourself relaxing under the shady pergola next to the pool enjoying cocktails with your friends and then spending the evening on the perfectly lit screened patio. Outdoor Tidewater community pool is open seasonally (April-end of September)

Like all Tidewater properties, this 2 bedroom and 2 bath condo is in very high demand.
WIFI and Linens are included. No Smoking. No Pets.

Ground level Parking is uncovered in shared Tidewater community lot. Wild Dunes only permits two car passes for your stay.
Stairs or ramp provides access to elevated first floor breezeway of the condo building. This condo is on the first floor of Building I, and the living space is all one level.

Screened porch offers comfortable conversational seating, and steps leading to pool and beach paths.

Bedroom 1) King Bed; private bathroom (walk in shower); Cable flat-screen TV with streaming capabilities.

Tidewater-Wild Dunes

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Property and location were great! Had a wonderful and relaxing time. However, when booking online, there was a 40% promotion that I was unable to apply on the reservation. It didn't say the property did not qualify; I just went in circles trying to apply the code. When I finally called the office, about 10 days later to inquire, I was told that I waited too long and should book by phone to get the best price. I understand my delay was excessive, but I was unhappy that I was not able to get the discount in the first place that was available online.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first time rental from Island Realty. I have always used another realty company when staying at Isle of Palms. I was not disappointed. The property was really nice and clean. I have rented several condos. This is the first one I have stayed at, that I can say has the most comfortable beds. The only thing about staying on the first floor is it was noisey. That is to be expected at any rental on the first floor. We had a wedding to attend that keep us from enjoying the property. I will return when I can stay longer and enjoy the property.

February Get Away

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I had a chance to bring my sister and her husband for a quick vacation. The accessibility to the condo was excellent with ramp as she is on a crutch. The rooms were clean, and we felt right at home. The porch was such a great addition and it afforded nice chats and reading. The beds were so comfy ( and added blankets for the chilly evenings). The only suggestion I had for the property is the addition of grab bars near each shower as due to its one level location, it might allow those with less abilities to enter the showers safely. We had such a nice time and will definitely try to return!

Trip with elderly in laws

The property was very nice and true to pictures posted online. The only negative was the steps to get into the condo. My mother in law doesn’t ambulate well and had difficulty getting into our unit. The ad posted that there was an elevator in the building but you had to go up several steps to get to it.

Very Nice Vacation Rental

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been coming to Isle of Palms for well over a decade now and usually stay in places like this. This particular unit was definitely one of the best we have rented. The kitchen was well stocked. The location is great with just steps to the pool and not far from the beach. The pool was not too crowded since it serves a relatively small number of units in only two buildings. There were a few small maintenance issues (slow drains, door latches for example) that need to be addressed but they could be recent and just not addressed yet. It definitely appears the property is well cared for. I will mention that we did have to run out and get a small step stool as the queen size bed was too tall for our four year old to get in and out of so if you have small kids or short adults you may want to consider bringing one with you. We would definitely stay here again.

The property had all of the amenities we needed and was very clean . The Realty Group apparently had a “gift” for us from the property owner, but neglected to inform us of this until the last scheduled day of our stay. Unfortuneatly, it had been a rainy week, so we had left a day early. Surely they knew about this when we checked in….did they want to keep it for themselves?
