No Pets:
Unfortunately, pets are not permitted in 'Crew Rest' at 30A Townhomes. No exceptions will be made. Guests who violate this policy will be charged an additional $500, plus the expense of any necessary steam-cleaning or deodorizing. Violations may also results in immediate eviction and forfeiture of rent.
No Smoking or Vaping:
Smoking/Vaping is not permitted in 'Crew Rest' at 30A Townhomes on 30A. No exceptions will be made.
