Five Stars!!!

We had a lovely spring break staying in this home. We relaxed and loved every minute! The house is beautiful, maintained perfectly and was so nice. The street is a perfect location, our boys had so much fun playing out on the front driveway and swimming in the pool. The hosts were extremely responsive to any questions we had and even picked up a grocery order for us and stocked the house with our items so we didn’t have to shop when we arrived. They went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect! We loved exploring 30a and will definitely return to this home in the future! Top notch service for sure!!!

Lovely stay

Our family had a fantastic vacation in Blue Mountain. This home is not only beautiful but thoughtfully finished with everything we needed for a perfect vacation. The beach is very close proximity. We rented a golf cart, but it could be easily biked or even walked. The back porch and pool are much larger/nicer than it appears in pictures. There is no grill at the property, but we didn’t miss it. We plan to visit again soon!

A great stay in 30A

Beautiful!

The property was beautiful and clean! Our family enjoyed staying here. The home is within a reasonable walk to the beach. We enjoyed Blue Mountain Bakery several times along with ice cream from the Blue Mountain Creamery. We had an amazing dinner at Blue Mabel. The dipping pool was nice for evenings when everyone was tired out from the beach. The home is in a lovely neighborhood and in a very convenient location. The kitchen had all the conveniences of home. We all had an amazing vacation!

Beautiful home

Thank you for a lovely stay. We loved the house. Our only complaints are that the pool was really cold and the WI-FI was bad. Otherwise the house was perfect. Plenty of space with a great kitchen, back porch, and comfy beds.

Lovely, functional home!

This was the perfect place for us for our short stay at Santa Rosa beach. It was walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and the bakery. We loved having coffee on the deck and the bunk beds were a huge hit with the kids! The house was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed.

Overall we had a great stay— the house was clean and beds were extremely comfortable. However, there were a few frustrations. First, there was a Wi-Fi issue and the property owners were unable to get us the code to get in on time. I had to call the owners at 4:00 to try to get in. The owners were extremely apologetic on the phone. Next, the Wi-Fi bandwidth is terrible. We only connected 6 cell phones to it (because service is spotty in the area) and it could not provide enough bandwidth for simple things like checking email, etc. The third issue was the previous renters left their trash in the outside can and didn’t take it for street pickup on the day they checked out. So the outside cans were nearly full when we checked in. The owners said they would bring another trash can but they didn’t. We were balancing trash as it was overflowing when we checked out. Checkout time was at 10am and we were gone by 9:15am; however; the cleaning crew was parked outside our house waiting for us to leave starting at 9am. Certainly felt rushed on the way out…

Perfect 30A Home

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location of the home is perfect. It’s a quiet neighborhood close enough to walk to the beach and several great restaurants. Everyone we encountered was super friendly. The home itself is bigger than it seems in the pictures. It’s is very clean and beautifully decorated in simple and tasteful beach decor that created a peaceful atmosphere. The plunge pool is also bigger than it appears in photos. Our young kids and our teens all enjoyed the space! Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you’ll need to cook with your family. We had some problem with the tvs. We were not able to use any streaming services like Netflix, Disney, or Amazon prime. That was a little disappointing because we don’t really watch cable tv. A technician was sent out promptly to help us but it still didn’t work. But we spent most of the time on the beach anyway so it wasn’t a real problem. We highly recommend visiting Grayton Beach State Park for the perfect beach day! We would love to return some day! Don’t hesitate to book this property!

Beautiful home, perfect location

This is a fairly new home, beautifully decorated and appointed with everything you need. The plunge pool on the deck was fantastic for the teens. It was difficult the gauge the size from the listing, but it was larger than it appeared. The bakery, Red Fish Taco and Creamery were all a very short walk away. The beach was a little further, but still walkable. Check-in was so easy and they even left a few goodies for us in the fridge. Most of all, they were very responsive to questions, throughout our stay. We will book early for next year, if we decide to return to Blue Mountain for Spring Break.

Life Changing Visit

My niece stayed in Santa Rosa in April. Her Mom and I stayed here. We loved the house, Victoria, Atef, the area, the beach, the people..... We highly recommend this property. The only thing we needed in the kitchen was a spatula. We bought one and left it. The most well appointed kitchen we have ever rented. We consider Victoria and Atef family. This area is wonderful in January. Beautiful days on the beach, jets, relaxation, no crowds and so much more. The closest beach access was closed for repair. Not a problem! We'll be back.

Fall Break Getaway

We had the best time on 30A for fall break. The home was beautiful and just as described and looked just like the pictures. The pool and back deck were our favorite place to start our day with coffee and breakfast, and end our day with a dip in the pool and ice cream or card games. Victoria was an excellent communicator and helped us with all our needs. Both my husband and I had to work during our stay and the Wi-Fi accommodated multiple video conferences at the same time. The walk to the beach was easy for us (less than 10 minutes) but more challenging for my mother who was vacationing with us. We were able to easily drive and park the car at the beach access each day. Helpful tip- don’t bother with a wagon as there is not a ramp at the beach access. We had the best time! The property and the beach did not disappoint!!

End of Summer Family Vacation

We wanted a comfortable vacation home with a clean bright luxury aesthetic. The minute I came across this listing I knew it was it. The photos are accurate. The decor matched what was advertised and the size of the rooms were true to the pictures. Highlights were definitely the pool and the bunk beds for the kids (5 and 3 years old). We enjoyed the spacious master bedroom and spa like master bath. We did bring our monitors for the kids but without them it was easy to hear what was going on upstairs which was a plus for us. We walked to the bakery across the street a few mornings. I had the best shrimp and grits at Blue Mabel which is also in walking distance. Ice cream after the beach one day. And lastly Seaside is a quick, straight shot down the road for some delicious eats from the airstream food trucks. The beach is also a quick 10 min walk. We opted to drive our truck down early and walk so we could get a good parking space. Note. This rental does not include a golf cart or bikes which we didn't find problematic but renting either of those items could be a plus. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would reccomend.

Great location!!

The house is about a seven minute walk from the beach and is a super easy walk! The Blue Mountain Bakery which is our favorite is an even shorter walk. They small pool on the back porch was the perfect play area for our little ones and the perfect size. My only complaint was the construction next door but that obviously can’t be helped by the host and the construction looks like it will be completed soon. The host were very helpful with any questions we had about the area. We had a great week at the house! This is our 3rd year in Blue Mountain and we will be back next year!
