St Pete Beach 130 Ft Waterfront view. You can fish right off the seawall but no cleaning fish in the unit. Some days you can watch the dolphins. Upstairs Unit all windows have Waterview, so you can just lounge in the livingroom and watch some boats go by. Gorgeous view of sunsets from your private balcony. Spacious eat in Kitchen with large table. Plenty of cabinets that are equiped with everything you need to feel at home. All the furniture is brand new and comfy. The Sofa is a pull out Queen Bed that I have added extra foam matress cover on top for more comfort. All bedrooms and living room have TVs with many channel selections, Movies and Music.. Nearby : Rent motor boats, scooters, motorized cars, bicycles, Jet Skis, parasailing, Kayaks etc. Ft Desoto Park, John's Pass Village, Gulfport Village and Down Town New Pier. New Unit Fabulous view of intercoastal leading into the Gulf of Mexico. Quiet & Safe Neighborhood. A 5 minute walk( 4 Blocks) to the Beach., Restaurants, Night clubs, & Shops within walking distance. St. Pete Beach is a long Island of beautiful Beach of soft sand stretching South to Pass-A-Grill Beach & North to Sunset Beach. There is a Community Center with Pool & Outdoor Concerts. Many Pools & activities align the beach with Tiki Huts. St Pete Beach & the Gulf Coast is a beautiful quiet neighborhood. It is the safest place to be. You can go for beautiful walks even late into the evening or early morning and be close to activities, restaurants and nightlife or stroll the beach. Fireworks are usually on display. There is so much to see & do locally, or just kick back and relax.I am very friendly and have Lived on St Pete Beach since 1973. I am available to assist you when needed. I know all the hot spots and best places to go, especially the best affordable restaurants where the locals go. You can arrange a trip to the grocery store with me, if you do not have a car. I would like to make your stay as enjoyable and memorable as possible. Sundays there is an Art & Produce Market on Corey Avenue. In season Free Concerts in the Park. The new downtown Pier is beautiful on Tampa Bay. During Christmas Season it is all lit up down town and there is a boat parade of lights. There are Horse Drawn Carriages. Outdoor Movie Night in North Straub Park on the water. Many activities, October Fests, Rib Fests, Seafood Fests, Food Truck nights, Many Restaurants, clubs, and shops, AMC Multiplex movie theater, First Friday of every Month the street is blocked off downtown for concert in the street. Great view, descriprion of inside the unit did not align with listing.

Mostly dirty and in disrepair. Booked 49 nights and definitely overpriced for what we expected. I tried to find other arrangements after the first night, and was unsuccessful in finding anything. Doing business in the area so couldn't leave altogether.

Bahia Shores-a slice of heaven!

I have had a wonderful time in St Pete Beach in a perfect location. Beautiful water views, a clean and nice private yard and deck make this a perfect vaca location. Two bedrooms and comfortable beds. All the things one would need including towels and great functionality kitchen. Highly recommended and a hostess with the mostess! 5 stars!

My name is Jody and I grew up on Long Island NY. My family visited my aunt & uncle for years in Florida before my family bought this beautiful home in 1973. After one year, I went back to NY for my education. My father was a WWII Marine Veteran and recently passed away at 96 yrs & 5 months old in July. He was a real American Hero & wrote a national best selling book called Battleground Pacific A Marine Rifleman's Odessy in K/3/5 First Marine Division.. He literally walks people through WWII with him first hand. A True piece of American History! After graduating college from CWPost LIU in 1982, I moved back to our Florida home. Prior to owning my own business, I have been in corporate executive level positions my entire life., I have been in the Mortgage & Insurance Business owning my own Company for over 37 yrs. I have a Bachelors degree in Business, Management, Marketing & Accounting and 2 Masters Degrees - MBA & MIB with Finance. I gave up my career 4 yrs, while caring for my father until his recent passing.

FL scenic beach road is Gulf Blvd that stretches South from Pass A Grille Beach along the Gulf Coast to North Clearwater Beach. This Unit is situated on 130 Ft of waterfront property on the Intercoastal curving into the Gulf of Mexico. The view is breath taking and you don't even need to leave the property to see Dolphins come in. The sunsets are gorgeous and fireworks can be seen all around & the Hotel Beach Fireworks on July 4th without leaving the unit.This property is located in the best safest neighborhood on one of the most beautiful beaches in Florida. I have traveled the coast and love St Pete Beach for its uncrowded beaches even in high season, since it has such a wide and long beach that extends south from Pass A Grill Beach north to Sunset Beach. I love that the Beach has so many activities, Restaurants, Bars, Rentals Entertainment etc. and is only 4 blocks walking distance. Everything you could possibly want is right here close by.Famous for its azure waters & soft white sand beaches, many beach communities align the coast with resorts, beach bars, & restaurants. It is the ultimate vacation (holiday) destination for those who love the beach. St Pete Beach is a long Island with streets that are islands off the island that are called fingers. Fireworks at Night Transportation: Free Beach Transport for Tips, Beach Trolly, & Buses. RENT: Cars, Beach Buggies, Scooters, Mopeds, Bicycles, Jet Skis, Motor Boats, Para sailing. I like that there are afordable places to eat that are the local favorites, so you are not having to always pay touristy high prices.

I love my home for its gorgeous waterviews from all windows and beautiful sunsets. I love watching the dolphins when they come in, especially in the spring when they are teaching their young. It is like watching a sea world show when they jump out of the water. Most of the time they just go up and down. If you like fishing, you can fish right here on property, Just don't clean fish in the unit. It's nice when the Gulf Breeze blows and sitting outside is lovely. It is so peaceful & relaxing, yet 4 blocks away is all the activity you could ever want. Jimmy B's is a huge pavilion that sits on the beach and has the Best Bands that people come from Tampa, Clearwater & all over to hear. Right next to it is other Restaurants, Live Bands & PCI on the other side. All 3 in a row. There are many other places with entertainment as well. Fort DeSoto Park is minutes away with its long beaches as well.There are many places not far for Amusement Parks, Museums, Zoo, Bush Gardens, Seminole Hardrock Casino. Even Disney, Universal, Sea World & water parks are only 1 & 1/2 hours away.
