Welcome to "Lovely Day On 30A," a beautifully decorated 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom unit located in the desirable Town of Prominence on scenic Highway 30A. This warm and inviting condo features soothing colors, cozy furnishings, and a well-equipped kitchen that will make you feel right at home. The dining table comfortably seats 4, and there are four additional seats at the counter. The master bedroom offers a king bed, a spacious en suite bathroom with dual vanities and a walk-in shower, and a 43" TV for your entertainment. The second bedroom features custom-built queen-over-queen bunk beds, a 40" TV, and a shared bathroom with a tub/shower combo. For additional sleeping space, there is a queen sleep sofa available.

"Lovely Day On 30A" provides easy access to the community pool and is just a short bike ride away from the scenic dunes and pristine beauty of Deer Lake State Park and beach access. The Town of Prominence is a hotspot along 30A and offers a wide range of amenities for a fun, active, and relaxing vacation. Enjoy the 5,000 sq. ft. pool surrounded by cabanas or visit The Big Chill for delicious food and entertainment at the outdoor amphitheater. PROMINENCE BEACH ACCESS POINTS:
Beach Access to the West:
- Deer Lake State Park: Located 0.5 miles away, this popular beach access offers parking, showers, and bathrooms. Please note that alcohol is not allowed at this state park, and beach service is not available.
- Walton Dunes: Situated about 2 miles to the west at the end of Beachfront Trail, this Walton County beach access provides parking and easy beach access.
- Santa Clara: Found near Bramble Grove Road, this Walton County beach access is approximately 3.5 miles to the west of Prominence. It offers parking and bathroom facilities.

Beach Access to the East:
- Gulf Lakes: This small Walton County beach access is located about 0.5 miles to the east of Prominence. Although parking is not available, it's a great option for a bike ride to the beach.
- Sea Breeze: Situated just past the Gulf Lakes access, this Walton County beach access does not provide parking or bathrooms, but it does offer a shower.

Excellent, would highly recommend

Stayed at Lovely Day on 30A for a long weekend and it was perfect. Great location in between Alys and Seaside with great shopping and restaurants across the street as well! We had a great time riding bikes and such a plus to have access to a golf cart. The beach was beautiful! The house was absolutely LOVELY with everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We will definitely be back!

Fabulous stay at Lovely day in 30A

I stayed at this wonderful condo and could not have been happier with the experience. Everything we needed and more was available, the location is amazing with easy access by golf cart and bike to all of the wonderful attractions of the 30A area. Beds were super comfortable, amenities exactly as promised and in tip top condition. I have highly recommend changing the name of the condo to match the experience - “Outstanding day in 30A” would be a more appropriate!

Lovely vacation on 30A

What a fabulous time my family of 5 had at this unit. The amenities within the home were great. The amenities within the community were also very nice. The pool was clean and had ample space. It was very relaxed atmosphere and the grill availability was a bonus feature. Location wise couldn't be happier, the nearby “Hub” provided perfect lunch options as well as dessert and drink options. The environment was also very nice. Location in general was hard to beat. Easy drive to both rosemary beach and seaside and seahorse areas when we wanted to explore more. Would highly recommend a stay at this lovely unit, and hope to return in the future.

Excellent, would highly recommend

This is our first time staying in 30A and Prominence area. We loved our rental Lovely Day on 30A; the decor and living arrangements was beautiful and very clean. The agency we used was very helpful and it was an easy process checking in and checking out. There was also several beach items left for us to use so we didn't have to pack from home. We would definitely rent this property again. Thanks for a wonderful trip.

Amazing stay at beautiful property

Had a most amazing experience at Lovely Day on 30A. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had an amazing vibe. I felt instantly relaxed walking into this home. Every amenity that you could ever want is at your fingertips, both in the home and in the area. You are minutes from the pool, beach, shopping, and food. The weather is spectacular. I would return over and over. The experience was so easy and I felt so comfortable at this property. It is lovingly maintained. I would high recommend!!!

Idyllic sanctuary

I had the distinct pleasure of staying at Lovely Day on 30a. The condo is impeccably decorated -where coastal chic meets shabby chic. The living room furniture and beds were so comfortable. Every conceivable amenity was at our disposal, from the Keurig to the golf cart! I loved staying here and look forward to my next stay at this perfectly attended locale just a short walk away from the beach.

Wonderful Unit

We had a wonderful stay at Lovely Day on 30A. The unit was very nicely decorated and supplied. Very comfy bed and nice pillows. It was great to have 2 pool options as one tends to be more geared towards little kids and other towards adults. Nice to have both options. The golf kart and bikes were a huge plus for us. We highly recommend this unit! We will visit again, no doubt.

30A Beach House

Beautiful home in a wonderful location. The community was very quiet, clean, and beautiful. We felt like we were at home during our stay. We enjoyed everything about 30A. The check-in process was very easy. The home decor was very nice. Everything was accessible in the home. The only complaints we had were the dirty slipcovers on the chairs, the dining table wasn’t clean, the washer left residue (mold/rust) on the clothes that were washed, and no one emptied the dust from the canister of the vacuum. The home wasn’t filthy, but I think the cleanliness of the home could have been better. We also liked that the property owner provided us with a golf cart and several bikes during our stay. Just a few minor things listed above that need to be addressed. Overall, we had a wonderful experience staying at this property and will book again in the future.

We loved the house and all of the amenities (golf cart, bikes and everything needed for the beach (chairs, wagon, umbrellas)) Honestly not a lot we would change! We loved the location to the Hib (Chill) and pool as well as close it was to neighboring beach towns. Overall a great experience!

Just to let you know

We loved the location and the place however there were ants in the second bathroom and bedroom which was not ok. The toilet paper holder in the master bath was loose as well as a hook on the wall, however it didn't upset our trip.

Just as pictured!

The property is exactly as pictured! Very well decorated with everything you need! My kids lived for the golf cart rides! The pool was amazing and the property as a whole is very well maintained. You a renting through a management company, not the actual owners. We politely asked for an early check in (1-2 hours), but were told we would be charged for 1/2 day. The first day, I used the dryer and it had a terrible electric burning smell. I notified the rental agency and it was not rectified during our stay, which was fine, except there are only 4 bath towels. The unit is not super kid friendly. There are steep stairs leading up to the living area so I recommend bringing a baby gate. Like a previous renter mentioned, the dresser in the master is a safety hazard. My 1.5 year old also pulled the dresser on himself, but was fortunately not injured. The mattresses were not super comfy, in my opinion. Other than these few things, everything was great!!

Excellent, would highly reccommend

We had a completely lovely stay; will definitely be back! Great available amenities, easy access to beach/pool/ dining. One small piece of feedback is that the chest in the master bedroom is very too heavy and twice almost fell on our infant when she pulled a drawer open; would be great if it were bolted to the wall for safety purposes. Thank you for making this lovely condo available to us!

Sun, Surf, Sand at Lovely Day on 30A

Lovely Day on 30A is amazing place to stay! The location is perfect; smack in between Seaside and Alys Beaches. The gold cart and bikes allowed easy travel to the various beach towns to shop, eat and of course enjoy the gorgeous beaches. The condo is beautiful with just the right amount of space for a family to stay for vacation. It was truly a home away from home. We can't wait to return next year. Amazing stay!

Such a beautiful property. Loved having access to the bikes and golf cart. Pool was fantastic too. Great location to to explore Rosemary, Alys and Seaside. The Hub is such a great hang out place with lots of food options and great shopping. Loved our stay on 30A and looking forward to booking here again.

Beautiful Oasis

We loved our stay at Lovely Day on 30A. The unit was clean, comfortable and a beautiful place to call home for the week. Great location. Everything in the unit was in perfect working condition. Wonderful Vacation! Would highly Recommend

We stayed at Lovely Day on 30A in August of 2021 and would highly recommend. The unit is decorated beautifully and the included golf cart and bikes are a huge bonus. The location is close to the beach and only a block from the community pool. The Hub is across the street for great dining and shopping. Overall, this is a great location for your 30A vacation.

Great location, clean and added perks!

The location was in a great community with easy access to a large community pool, walking and biking paths, and restaurants. The added amenities of the golf cart, beach chairs, and beach umbrella were great! The house was clean and comfortable. Just a quick 2 min golf cart ride to the beach. We will definitely stay again.

Incredible Stay!

This property far exceeded our expectations. We booked for a quiet weekend for a few moms to escape reality with deployed spouses and we left rejuvenated and so at peace. Obviously the photos are beautiful, but when we arrived we were immediately blown away. The property was so pristine and was the perfect location for us to walk across to The Hub for food and entertainment. The golf cart was amazing and just a short drive to the beach. All of the amenities and extra perks provided were in tip top shape. The entire complex was so quiet, clean, and friendly. We all would absolutely book again in the future and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a beautiful getaway. Communication from the team was above and beyond ensuring we had all access information, even checking in on our accommodations throughout the stay. What we noticed that set this property above the rest was the balcony being screened in - being able to sit out for morning coffee or evening drinks and not deal with any mosquitos or rain was an added bonus. We know we will be back for another moms retreat and would absolutely recommend staying at this property again.

This place was beautiful and had everything we needed and more to have an amazing trip. It had everything you need to enjoy a week on 30a...Golf carts, paddle boards, bikes... it has a resort style community pool that was amazing. The kitchen was fully equipped with great quality items... everything we need to enjoy a week.

Perfect location

We had a wonderful time staying at this property! The furnishings were beautiful and up to date and having access to the golf cart and bikes was so nice! Having The Hub so close was definitely a high point. We will absolutely stay here again!

Great place to stay!

We loved the clean, beautiful condos that looked exactly like the photos. Very clean and up to date. We loved having the golf cart and bikes. There were also beach chairs and I An umbrella in our garage to use as well. The pool was very nice and the kids enjoyed it. We went to eat at the Hub every night though it was pretty crowded. A couple things we did not love. The intersection to leave out resort is very busy and tough to cross at times. Secondly, next time we would like to stay at a resort that is on the beach. Otherwise we reallly loved staying here!
