Welcome to You've Got Whale, a meticulously maintained 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath townhome in a picturesque enclave of 13 homes. Located at the end of a cul de sac in the heart of Mid Island Nantucket, this home with 4 levels of livings space can host up to 7 and is centrally located, near pristine beaches, hiking, parks, great restaurants and town.

The space...

The quality of the finish work is evident upon entering the home - custom features are found throughout the house including crown molding, wainscoting and an antique barn-wood bar counter top.

The front entrance leads to a foyer with a coat closet. There is an open living room with a large television, sofa, leather club chair and poufs for lounging with family and friends while watching your favorite movies. The chef’s kitchen has stainless appliances and a bar with seating for four. A dining area, powder room and door to the garden and brick patio complete the first floor.

The master bedroom is spacious and has a television and full bathroom with a shower. A second bedroom has a full bed. There is a linen closet in the hallway and a recently renovated bathroom with a large soaking tub and beautiful tile surround.

The charming, nautical themed third floor has a large bedroom with two twin beds and a comfortable reading chair.

The finished basement has interior and exterior stairs. This bright and fresh interior has a bonus room with television, full sized futon to sleep one and a washer and dryer.

The home has a private yard with a brick patio and off-street parking for two cars. After a day at Nobadeer or Surfside beach, wash off in the new outdoor shower and then enjoy an evening of food and drink with the gas grill and ipe wood dining table. Save room for s’mores by the fire pit afterward though. Other home amenities include beach gear, boogie boards, numerous board games, high chair and a pack and play.

Fabulous home with great outdoor space!

Visited Nantucket for a getaway to ride bikes and see the island. It was great to have the bike path just at the end of the neighborhood drive! We rode all the way to Siasconset! The home was comfortable and clean, and has a very well equipped kitchen and great grill in the beautiful backyard. Easy access to all parts of the island!

Peaceful Getaway

It was my family and I’s first time going to Nantucket and this was the perfect home for us! It was beautifully decorated with that signature island touch. Had lots of beach chairs and towels. We had an inconvenience but Todd was very quick to respond and had a person quickly come to resolve the problem. Overall, I would recommend this house to other friends and family!

Perfect home for our family of five. Home is in excellent condition and super clean. Everything in working order in the home unlike some rentals we’ve stayed at in the past. Convenient mid island condition. Appreciate the extras provided by our hosts beach chairs, towels, coolers and coffee options. Gorgeous property, great amenities

This beautiful and immaculate property is exactly what is advertised and so much more. The owners thought of everything to make our stay enjoyable. The property is close to town, there is a playground and running/walking path nearby and the beaches are a short drive. The house has a fully stocked kitchen, plenty of games, coolers, beach toys and chairs. The beds were super comfortable and the space was perfect for our family of 5. The best part about this property was the owners. They were incredibly communicative and responded within minutes to any questions. I cannot recommend this property enough if you want to have a comfortable and relaxing stay on Nantucket.

5 stars isn’t enough! I would say a 10. Everything was even better than the pictures. They had a lot of amenities that I usually bring. They supplied a Yeti cooler which surprised me. There was dish soap, laundry soap, plenty of toilet pater and paper towel. So many place settings and appliances in the kitchen. We had the Best time!!!

Originally a displaced Hoosier and Buckeye, we settled in Northern New Jersey with our two daughters where Todd works in the golf industry and Susan at our local library. Looking for a summer get away, we began regularly traveling to Nantucket where we have enjoyed the hiking, beaches, shopping on Main Street, community theatre, Millies, Brotherhood of Thieves, biking, star gazing at Loins Observatory and can’t miss sunsets on Madaket Beach. Enjoyment quickly turned to love and we decided to make Nantucket a permanent part of our lives with a home purchase. We hope you will enjoy You’ve Got Whale and all that Nantucket has to offer as much as we have.
