Coming to Old Colorado City you can tell that it is a fun little town filled with history! This cottage will allow you the opportunity to explore all the area has to offer! We finished a full remodel from floor to roof in September of 2020. We chose to furnish it with minimal, yet modern furniture to make the space roomy and comfortable yet its stocked with everything you'll need to enjoy all that our beautiful slice of Colorado has to offer. You'll enjoy a beautiful, clean bathroom and the kitchen is filled with everything you'll need to prepare your own food. The plush queen size bed offers the rest you desire after your exciting Colorado adventures. We strive to provide a clean and comfortable space for you to come make lifelong memories!

What a lovely cottage! Great location in walking distance to Old Colorado City (which we liked better than Colorado Springs), has its own parking space and private entrance. The cottage was lovely decorated in a really nice cozy modern almost Scandinavian style. The host was very responsive. We loved our stay there and would highly recommend it!

Comfortable and clean

This was a cute little designer cottage. There were little extras that we appreciated. For parking, you have to go down a little alleyway but it's easy to find. The owner is easy to communicate with. We would stay there again as it's close to old Colorado City, Garden of the Gods and Glen Eyrie.

so welcoming

My boyfriend and I stayed here for a short spring break trip. We had an amazing time! As soon as we walked in it was so welcoming and comfy! The place had everything you would need for a short stay, and we were so psyched to be able to cook our own food in the kitchen with all the utensils. I’ve already recommended this place to a friend who’s going to Colorado soon, and she’s excited too. This place was awesome, and I definitely plan on staying again.

Ideal OCC Stay

This cottage was the ideal find for our 10 day stay in Old Colorado City. Of all vacation rentals we have booked throughout the US and even in Europe this cottage was truly the cleanest most well appointed accommodation. The host thought of everything and the decor was so well done. Nestled within other homes it was very quiet. Resting was never a problem. We highly recommend this property!

Quite weekend getaway

Was definitely a “Cozy Cottage”! So very welcoming and homey right when you walked in. I was able to check in early which helped out a lot! Communication was very easy with fast responses! Location was great for OCC downtown area! We even saw 3 deer in the front yard one morning! Definitely recommend if looking for a quaint, cozy spot!

Stay before Santa Fe

Decided to stay in this area for two nights before meeting the rest of the family in Santa Fe. Chose the Cozy Cottage and it did not disappoint. Meticulously clean and had everything we needed. Quiet neighborhood, but near downtown and an easy drive to Manitou Springs. We enjoyed walking to South Park Brewery.

Great location! Loved the little extras!

This is a very cute studio style cottage in a great location very close to all that Old Colorado City has to offer! Also, only 10 minute drive to fabulous Manitou Springs and Pikes Peak. Lots of great little extras that you would not typically find in a VRBO. Coffee, breakfast snacks, chilled filtered water in the fridge. Hosts are quick to respond to any questions! All in all a great, affordable spot to lay your head!

Lovely cottage!!

This is a lovely cottage where I brought my 85 year old mother. It worked well for her with her walker, the bed was very comfortable, nice snacks and coffee for the morning and a terrific stay. We will come again if in the area for an overnight!! Highly recommend this lovely place!!

A cozy place to lay your head

This was the cutest little cottage! I stayed here with my partner for a few nights while we explored the Garden of the Gods and Colorado Springs. It is about a five minute drive from downtown and all the shops. You can tell that Bryana cares in her responsiveness and we loved the snacks she left out for us! The only note is that although we used the directions given, we had some trouble initially locating the driveway for parking. Overall, this is a great place to lay your head after a day of adventuring!

The name says it all

The Cozy Cottage is just as the name says it is! The neighborhood is quiet, and the cottage is tucked in between other properties. The bed is super soft, and we loved the big fluffy white pillows. The shower is amazing and the bath towels...well, I'm have to go out and buy some just like them.The only thing is there isn't a washer or dryer. We would of like to return home with clean laundry, but overall this place is a TEN.

Anniversary Celebration

My husband and I stayed in this wonderful cottage to celebrate our Anniversary. It was cozy, quiet and very clean and tastefully decorated to make you feel at home. Our host was super easy to contact and responded very quickly. We would DEFINITELY book here again!
