Graduation Weekend

Everything would have been great if it weren’t for the dog in the neighbors back yard barking day and night. We made the best of the situation. As I was told by the host, they can’t control that and I get it. It did affect the ability to use the backyard or go to sleep when we wanted to. They tried helping but ultimately asked us to just “enjoy the 4 walls, furniture & land it sits on.” The home was very clean and had most everything one would need for a stay. I was told by the host that this was the first time anyone had complained about the dog.

Great location and house!

We are group of seven 50+ year old professional men who mtn. bike together. This house accommodated us very nicely. Nice outdoor space, and three car garage worked well for our bike storage and assorted equipment. Given our age (LOL) a hot tub would have been an extra bonus. Unfortunately, there was not one available at the time of our stay.

Great place to stay in Fruita!

This was a great place to stay and relax after a hard day of riding! The online pictures understate how clean and nice the house actually is. I had a few questions to the management company that were answered within minutes. Highly recommend!!

Spacious home close to town and biking.

Sunshine house was perfect place for three generations of family to gather…especially with nearby Juniper House only a few doors away in quiet neighborhood for extended family. Well stocked kitchens and ample outdoor dining/play areas much appreciated. Fruita is perfect location for so many outdoor activities.

Beautiful Home

We were in the area for a Family Reunion in Grand Junction. This beautiful home made it convenient for us all to stay together and it was a quick drive into Grand Junction. It was clean and spacious and we felt safe in the neighborhood. We Loved our stay, there! Thank you!

Great family home

Perfect home for our family xmas gathering! There were 16 of us and we had plenty of room to enjoy the holidays. Property manager was super and great communication. They even let us know we would be able to check in early. Will definitely stay again. Loved booking our stay with visit fruita!

Family reunion

We came to Grand Junction for my fathers memorial service and my mothers 89th birthday. This property allowed my family to stay all together under one roof. It is large, spacious, quiet, very clean and very close to town. Thank you for making everything perfect for us. We most certainly would stay here again

A great place to visit for our annual trip to the desert. House was clean and well provisioned and the patio is nice. Only improvement would be the low water pressure to the shower heads.

Very convenient to the parks we visited. Spacious, clean, and quiet.

The check in and out was super easy. All expectations for the property were set via the app, so there were no surprises.

We like the location because of the quiet neighborhood and great private backyard. The kitchen is huge and wonderful for cooking big meals with friends. We love to use the the bike path that runs right next to the home. The interior of the home is a 2 story to add to the privacy of the bedrooms. The Master Bedroom/Bathroom is enormous. The kitchen flows to the living, dining and patio areas nicely. The outdoor patio faces south with a pergola which is great for sitting and relaxing on hot afternoons.
