Downstairs, a large kitchen / family room has a huge island unit with seating for 12 people creating a wonderful place to hang out and relax. There is an 82 inch TV, sofas and more formal dining table in this space too. The kitchen has 2 sinks, 2 refrigerators, 2 ovens and 2 microwaves as well as being fully equipped for cooking at home. Large sliding doors lead directly out to a covered eating area with outside refrigerator, food prep area and table with seating for 6. The large pool deck is arranged around the heated (at extra cost) 36 ft x 15 ft private pool and hot tub. There is also a gym with running machine, cycle and free weights with bench. Downstairs has 4 bedrooms consisting of one King sized bed and 3 queens. There are 4 shower rooms attached to the bedrooms and a half bathroom serving the pool area. All bedrooms have Smart Tv's.

Upstairs, the star of the show is a tiered cinema room with projector, 100 inch screen and surround sound which seats up to 10 people comfortably. Movie nights in will never be the same! A large games room houses and Xbox, PS4, Arcade game, pool table, foosball table and electric massage chair. Glass sliding doors lead out onto a balcony with sofas which overlooks the golf course behind. There is also a kitchenette area which serves the games room and cinema room. Upstairs has a further 9 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms, consisting of one King sized bed, six Queen sized beds, one full size, 4 bunk beds and 2 single beds.
