The lower level features a fully equipped, full size kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite counter with bar stool seating, unique coffee bar with cappuccino/latte maker, great room with reclaimed barn wood wall housing a 75 inch flat screen TV with PS4, 10 ft long shuffle board table, two large master bedrooms (along with the "Bunk Room")with en-suite bathrooms, walk-in closets and walk out to patio facing the lake and fire pit. Each of these lower level king bedrooms have private outdoor seating for watching the sunrise as you enjoy your coffee and privacy.

***3 Outdoor/External Ring Camera's have been set-up on the perimeter over the doors to provide security for Entry/Exit. 1 over the main door. 1 over the basement patio doors and 1 off the deck looking at the Boathouse for Safety Measures.
*** Lastly - please dispose of your Trash in BAGS. We've had some folks who have left loose items in the bins - and with the hot sun - it causes rotting and horrible smells. Our trash guy is awesome - and we need him to continue to help. Please, put your trash in Bags before putting in the BINS.
