The recently refreshed 270 sq ft studio space is equipped like a hotel room, featuring two full-size beds, a fridge, a coffee machine, and a microwave—ideal for light meals and snacks, but without a full kitchen. It boasts a private entrance, secure double-locked doors, and top-quality new furnishings, including plush mattresses. Relax with views of the serene tropical garden from your lanai and enjoy full access to resort amenities like a swimming pool, hot tub, outdoor grills, and tennis court. High-speed internet enhances your stay, perfect for both leisure and work needs.

The room includes luxury bedding, a new 55-inch HDTV with free cable, a modern desk and office chair, and a small, stylish dining set, all complemented by a fast 70Mbps+ internet connection.

Ideal for a romantic escape or a family holiday, this unit is conveniently located near shopping, dining, and entertainment. With over 276 sunny days annually, Kihei is an ideal spot for sun-seekers and those wanting an active beach town vibe.

Please note, there is an additional fee of $50 per night for each guest over two. It’s essential to accurately report guest numbers at booking to avoid unexpected fees.

Please note, there is a mandatory additional fee of $25 to be paid upon check-in at the front desk, or no later than 9 AM the following day. This fee is for your parking permit, which is essential during your stay. The entire fee goes directly to the Homeowners Association (HOA), not to us as hosts. The HOA strictly enforces this policy, and cars without a permit are quickly towed at the owner’s expense. We want to ensure you have a smooth and fine-free visit, so please make sure to pick up your parking permit on time.

Guests can enjoy comfort and privacy with smart lock access, allowing for seamless self-check-in. This convenient feature ensures a secure and hassle-free start to your stay without the need for direct interaction.

Pool availability and conditions are subject to change from the resort.

The property has standard water heaters and you will need to wait a moment for hot water.

Insects are present on the island and you may come across them from time to time, we try our best to minimize their presence inside the unit by using pest control services. Services are performed quarterly. These services cannot be declined by guests and you will need to plan accordingly. If the services are declined, you may be subject to the financial cost of rescheduling.

Please note, the hardwood floor near the fridge and beside the bed may feel a bit wobbly due to our island's humid climate. It's completely normal and safe, just part of the local charm!

We want to ensure your stay is as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. To maintain a high standard of service for all our guests, we kindly ask that you observe the following house rules. Please note that the fees listed below only apply to violations and are separate from any pre-arranged agreements for early check-in or late check-out:
Damaged Towels: $200
Unauthorized Early Check-in (Before 3 PM): $200 per hour
Unauthorized Late Check-out (After 11 AM): $200 per hour
Smoking (including cigarettes or vaping): $1,000
Undisclosed Guests: $250 per guest per night
Please be aware that if you have already arranged and paid for early check-in or late check-out, you are not subject to the above fees. These charges only apply if check-in or check-out times are not pre-arranged.

To ensure a smooth and worry-free stay, all guests are required to select one of the following options before check-in:
Option 1: $500 Refundable Security Deposit – A card imprint only (no funds taken upfront), securely processed in EUR by our trusted third party, Swikly.
Option 2: $129 Damage Waiver – A non-refundable option covering up to $500 in accidental damages, with no security deposit required.
These options will be available after booking through our online check-in form. This must be completed prior to check-in to receive your access details.
