There is a $25 charge per person per night over the standard occupancy. Guests must be 25 years of age to make a reservation and must provide ID at check-in unless prior approval has been given. Harmony Whistler retains the right to refuse access to any property if this condition has not been met and no refund will be provided. NO GROUPS.

Pets of any kind are not permitted in this home. There will be a fine of up to $500 for any pets or evidence of pets found in the units if permission has not been granted.

All rates are subject to a 5% GST, 8% PST, 3% hotel tax & 7% booking fee.

Prior to check-in, guests will be required to provide a credit card plus photo identification for a pre-authorization of $500. The credit card may be charged up to $500 after departure if the property is damaged, requires excessive cleaning, or if items are missing. The credit card provided must be in the name of the main guest.

Great location!

This condo was in a great location, with a bus stop across the street to get to the mountain. Plus, being in the middle of town, we walked all over whistler to our place. Hot tub was big and nice being on the balcony upstairs with privacy, whereas other units were on the first floor right by the walking paths.

Great experience! Clean, easy check-in/out, and a solid location - close to groceries & village. Walk to gondola just a little bit longer than you think it will be in AM, but walk back with an après stop in the middle is perfect! Plus, the management team was very communicative and pleasant to deal with.

Three bedroom apartment located in Whistler Village review

Finding apartments with more than 2 bedrooms in Whistler Village is very difficult. There are plenty in the estates, but not within the village. We struck a gold mine with this one. As my wife is not a keen skier, we wanted accommodation that was within walking distance to the village gondolas so it would not feel like an onerous task to get to and from the slopes, for the limited time she may be out and about. It would also put other village activities close to hand. The positives of this apartment. Location in the north of the village. Two full bathrooms plus separate toilet. Suitable sized lounge area. Full size kitchen. Private hot tub. Used extensively every day! Comfortable bedding. Plenty of storage space.

The place worked out great for our family of 4, the layout is a bit funky with the Hot tub upstairs off of the master bedroom. Place needs a little basic maintenance with some lightbulbs out in various places, but overall we had a 5-star stay and enjoyed ourselves so much we added an extra day!

Very pleasant Whistler unit

The Lagoons unit was well kept and clean. It was perfectly suitable for our group of four friends and would be good for a family. It was convenient to the supermarket and about a 12 minute walk to the lifts. I particularly enjoyed the privacy it afforded and appreciated the boot warmer. I wouldnt hesitate to stay there again.

The place was perfectly located and the lay out of the apartment was perfect for our family of 5. Easy walking distance to all the essentials. Plus a secure allocated car park. This property was perfect for us for our visit with our sons. There were 5 of us and there was plenty of space and we all enjoyed the hot tub! The facilities were excellent and the location was great for the supermarket and restaurants. The walk to the slopes was ok as there was no snow in the town but plenty on the slopes. We love this unit! We've stayed at this unit many times prior to the pandemic. It was really fun to see all the upgrades that have been done since our last stay. Amazing stay a walk to the ski lifts

This 3 bedroom apartment is a real gem. We will definitely stay again. 3 good bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms meant 5 adults were very comfortable. The clothes washing facilities meant we brough too many clothes. Having a private outside hot tub while it was snowing was a dream. Restaurants and a pub are a few hindred metres away. This is my fourth time in Whistler and this ticked the boxes.

The best place I have stayed in Whistler

I dont think I can stay anywhere else when I come to Whis in the future. So close to the village and many other amenities (grocery store and bus station). It was totally luxurious. From the fireplace to the hot tub! super spacious also. The staff were great helping me as my original reservation was interrupted due to the pandemic. They responded to emails quickly, were super helpful and also allowed changes to my reservation. Highly recommend.

Fantastic condo for a friend's trip!

Condo was in a great location, easy walk to slopes plus restaurants and a grocery store are right across the street. Check-in was great, they even let me come in a little early at the last minute so I didn't have to wander around with my luggage. The kitchen had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable and the hot tub was great after a day on the slopes. We had a small issue with the dishwasher where it wasn't working for a day, but Harmony fixed it for us right away which is all we can ask for :). Would definitely stay here again for the next visit to Whistler!

Amazing location

What a perfect location! Across the street from the village, a full grocery, and many restaurants (in addition to the many in the village a short walk away). Very clean, well appointed. The hot tub is through the master bedroom as indicated and works well. If you have room in your bag bring a few extra towels. The master is on the side of the complex closest to the highway so if highway noise bothers you might hear it - on the other hand after a day of outdoor fun you might be too tired to notice. Seems like a great place in winter for skiers - LOVED the idea of a boot heater in the entry way.

54 Lagoons-very basic property

The location of the property was ok. Walking distance to the lifts was definitely longer than advertised. Our biggest disappointment was how basic the condo was for the price. The furniture, linens, and mattresses were very low quality. The master bedroom mattress had a dip in the middle of the mattress. The toilet in the master bedroom seemed like it was from the 1970's. Also be warned the parking spots in the garage are very narrow. We had an SUV and we couldn't park between the lines and get out of the car when we had another suv parked next to us. We really enjoyed Whistler, but the property added nothing to our stay.

Lovely stay here.clean, with enough utensils etc. A couple of things could do with updating like bedroom/bathroom doors could do with attention and we couldn't work out the locks on them? Also,the hot tub patio was quite dirty,I appreciate that pine needles will drop etc,but it just hadn't been swept and floor was quite dirty,with someone's old drink can down one side of it.It was also very hot when we were at the property and although there were four fans,one was old and not very good,so basically,there were 3 between the three bedrooms and none for the lounge,so we had to keep bringing them up and down depending where we were,so another in the lounge would be useful. That isn't meant to seem negative,just observations and suggestions for future enjoyment of guests. The lounge was nicely decorated and modern,as was the kitchen and downstairs wc. The kitchen had everything you could need and we did have a wonderful time in Whistler.We would stay here again if we should return.

Zero Problem Solving Ability

Loved the rental but the check-in process was the worst I’ve ever experienced. They only supply parking for cars under 6ft 8 inches, which basically eliminates any SUV with a ski rack (odd considering it’s a ski town). But instead of having a solution to the issue, I was told to go somewhere else and pay for parking. Again, we have a fully loaded car + skis + toddlers, so parking at an off site location and lugging everything back a mile to our condo wasn’t a solution. We literally had to park in the middle of the street to unload and pack up, all the while getting yelled at by passer byes. Truly the wort check-in process and terrible information and suggestions given from the Harmony folks on how to resolve the problem.

A wonderful home away from home

My family of 4 just got back from a wonderful 5 nights at this property. The peace, cleanliness, and serenity of this place was so appreciated. My kids enjoyed having their own rooms. We adored the hot tub and used it every day; it was a great way to connect with one another. The place was extremely clean, which is paramount to me. The washer and dryer was so convenient and the kitchen was lovely and had everything we needed. I am SO glad that I chose this location rather than one right in the village; it was much quieter and peaceful while still being right by the action- the grocery store and restaurants were right across the street. The only drawback to be aware of is the parking situation- the listing made this very clear from the get go, so it did not affect my rating. All parking in Whistler (and indeed most tourist areas) is challenging. We planned ahead to use our car as little as possible and measured it beforehand to make sure it would fit in the parkade. However, be aware that the parkade is TINY (our Expedition barely fit) and loading and unloading your car will require quite a bit of travel. We had some trouble figuring out where to go when we checked in. Park in the underground Lagoons parkade guest parking spots and then enter through the door behind you to go upstairs to the condo and get the key fob to open the gates for parking. Once you have the fob, you place it on the sensor on the wall and the correct gate automatically opens.
