Small and comfortable

We enjoyed the location of this one bedroom condo on the 1st floor (not ground floor). It was clean and welcoming. Easy drive to the beach and restaurants.

Wonderful place to stay for my golf vacation

The property was exactly as you seen and as it is listed. I loved my week there. The property manager was very friendly and easy to get a hold of and I would 100% recommend this place to stay. My only suggestion would be a little more comfortable bed/mattress would have been nice. Thank you for a great week in Myrtle Beach. Will be back for sure.

Clean place as described

Jennifer had excellent communication with me throughout the process. My only time reaching out was to ask the wi-fi password. Even then our messages crossed. The unit was very clean and in a nice location. We didn’t use the pool so I can’t speak about it. My only complaint/suggestion is regarding the bed in the bedroom. It was extremely firm and not terribly comfortable, but I could have moved past that. What I couldn’t get past was the bed frame being so loud that it interrupted my sleep. If I moved at all, it creaked and cracked, which then woke me up. I had three very early mornings. Overall it was a great place and I’d happily stay again if there was a bed that didn’t make so much noise.

Clean and roomy

My wife and I were looking for an affordable housing option in the area for our visit with our Coastal Carolina University son. We liked how much space the unit had. The living and dining space we both nice size. There was 1 and a half baths, which we weren't expecting, that came in handy during our 4 night stay. The unit was clean upon arrival. Jennifer was prompt in replying to our questions that we posted about the property on the VRBO app. Recommendations to future guests... Bring your own wash cloths for bathing. They are not supplied in the unit. There is no WiFi offered in the unit. We had to use cellular data during our stay. Bring your own pillow. As with most every place we stay, we missed our own pillows from home. None of these would be deal breakers for us in the future since the rental was reasonably priced.

Good Value

The property was clean. Bed was comfortable, however the living room furniture was extremely uncomfortable especially for older adults. There was no internet. Looking back at the write up it was not listed as an amenity but just assumed there would be internet. Had one issue with the TV. First night we were unable to get it to work. There were two remotes in the living room but neither worked and you could not turn it on manually. Contacted Jennifer and she was quick to respond. Turned out the TV had been unplugged in the back and the remote was in the kitchen. Overall it was a good value for the money.
