Unser Haus verfügt über neue Möbel, neuen Teppich, verbesserte Küche, Flachbild-Smart-HD-Fernseher, kostenlose Wi-Fi in der Anlage und vieles mehr! Entspannen Sie am Strand oder dösen auf dem 32-Fuß-Veranda an einem sonnigen Nachmittag. Unsere Einheit ist komplett mit voll ausgestatteter Küche und Snack-Bar, alle Geräte, Geschirr und Besteck. Wir liefern ausreichend Handtücher, Liegestühle, Sonnenschirm und einen Strandwagen.
Es gibt eine geräumige Master-Suite mit einem Kingsize-Bett mit Blick auf den Golf von Mexiko.
Das 2. Schlafzimmer verfügt über 2 Betten in voller Größe, HD-Flachbild-TV. . Jedes Zimmer hat ein eigenes Bad. Das Wohnzimmer mit Blick auf den Strand bietet Platz für 4 bis 6 Personen. Diese Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und verfügt über alle Komfort von zu Hause. Waschmaschine und Trockner sind auf der gleichen Etage.

* Bauphase Sommer 2019 - Die Südsee-Liegenschaft und unsere Eigentumswohnung wurden im September 2017 durch den Hurrikan Irma schwer beschädigt.
Wenn Sie ankommen, werden Sie feststellen, dass an dem fertiggestellten Grundstück noch gearbeitet wird. Über 80 Prozent der Fenster in Turm 3 und 70 Prozent der Fenster in Turm 4 sollen erneuert werden. Während Ihres Aufenthalts können Sie Baulärm als Folge des laufenden Fensterersatzprojekts feststellen. Die Arbeitszeiten sind Montag bis Freitag von 7.30 bis 17.00 Uhr täglich.

Amazing month in Marco!

We stayed for the month of February and had a great stay. Craig was a wonderful host - very responsive and easy to get ahold of. The condo is very updated, clean, in a great location with an amazing view of the beach. We would definitely rent this condo again!!

Wonderful condo with a great view

This condo had all I needed for my stay . It had a nice kitchen and a big porch with great places to sit and watch the sunset. Owner was very fast with communication. Location is right on Tiger tail , and it is the easiest of the four buildings to get out to the good part of the beach from.

Tigertail and Marco in December

We have stayed many times in apartments in the South Seas complex. Some have been updated, some have not. Some have good views and some have great views. Craig’s apartment is both nicely updated and has a great view. The updates include a spacious refrigerator a very effective sink and an efficient and quiet dishwasher. The apartment is on the 4th floor with balcony views to the WSW which means sunsets and beach vistas. Very nice. Kitchen has lots of all the right tools and the main room has a mirrored wall and a 4 person (could fit 6 if needed) glass eating table. As always with Tigertail Beach area, it is a long walk from the back gate to the beach because the beach is pretty wide here. However you also get the lovely mangroves that are the inlet’s setting. Really enjoyed this one!

Great location in Marco. Condo was clean & tidy. Bit of a walk to the beach, but view was wonderful. Missed the part about the laundry not being included. We had a card to load money on for laundry use. Plenty of space, beds were comfortable. Pool was very nice even though it was closed half our stay because of maintenance issues. Lots of families. Had a small issue with the air when we first arrived but the owner was easy to contact & had it resolved right away. Only point of frustration was getting in the gate after check-in because we did not purchase the barcode. Probably worth the 10 extra dollars. Definitely will make our list for future stays.

Relaxing Location

Great location .Well kept property clean and neat .Craig responded immediately to our need of a new coffee maker. Well stocked with all your needs for the beach. the beach wagon is a savior. Huge beach but it is a hike to the water .nice location to explore Tiger Tail beach.

Great place for our family to relax

Owners are very helpful and have a wonderful place they are sharing. We were looking for a relaxing city anywhere in Florida that wasn't overly commercialized. Marco Island was definitely what we needed and this place is right on the beach with great amenities. The beach is expansive and so helpful to have the cart and beach chairs and other things available for our use! We searched for a site with tennis courts and they were very well maintained and the gentlemen caring for it were very nice (clay courts). When we find ourselves back in Marco Island we hope this property is available to us.

Awesome condo

We love how the condo is right next to the beach, and we could access the beach via a short boardwalk. The condo also has everything we need for a really fabulous stay (utensils, cooler, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach wagon,) The only complaint I have has nothing to do with the condo apartment, but more with the burgermeister pool attendant - she wants all the kids to be sitting in the pool, quietly.

Great experience

We had a great time staying in our apartment. It obviously needs a lot of updating but nevertheless it is a very nice place. It has everything you need, from pots and pans to beach chairs and umbrellas. You name it it's there. Sewing kit, light bulbs, cooking spices, puzzels, etc. Renting from Craig was very easy and I definitely recommend it! Thank you for a great experience!

Great Vacation

We recently traveled, with our six and nine year old children, about a 30 minute drive from downtown Naples, five minute drive to South Beach which has easier access eight dollar parking lots of dolphins and wildlife ! convenient laundry card located on floor… spacious… and most of all you cannot beat the view!! Million dollar view!! We enjoyed ourselves and we hope you do too

Everything we expected and more!

Owner was awesome. This unit has everything you could ask for. Beach chairs, coolers, beach cart, and more. The unit itself is very comfortable and clean. Three TVs and well stocked kitchen. We absolutely loved our stay here and would definitely stay again.

Truly relaxing week

Marco island is a very nice island, beautiful landscaping everywhere. beach was great!! The condo was perfect, loved the reclining chairs on balcony, the layout was perfect and so clean. Definitely got some R&R not that much to do on island, but exactly what we needed!!!!

A great spot!

We had a great time on our first trip to Marco Island! The condo was perfect and we loved having beach chairs and coolers for our use. It’s a walk to get to the water, but well worth it once you’re there. Make sure to talk a walk to the lagoon to the right of the property...you can rent paddle boards and kayaks...it was so fun! We will definitely be back.

Spectacular Views

The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. The views were spectacular. We had an issue with the air conditioner which Craig took care of very promptly Sunday morning. I would highly recommend renting from Craig. Thank you we had an awesome week relaxing and eating at some very good restaurants: Snooks Inn, The Little Bar at Goodland, Doreen’s and Sammie’s to name a few.

What a view!

Wonderful place with an amazing view! The 2 beds in second bedroom were not comfortable and the air conditioning is VERY loud but that’s our ONLY COMPLAINT. Everything including the grounds were clean and well groomed. Many rules and mostly over 50 people while we were there.

Delightful and lovely condo in a great location. Secure grounds. Many restaurants, shops and entertainment close by. Condo is a home away from home. Comfortable,clean and nicely decorated. Wide expanse of beach, but about a ten minute walk to oceanfront. Craig the owner is great to work with. Fast to respond to questions. We went to relax and met our goal. It was great. Will be back!

My wife and I are from Minnesota where we currently reside. My wife has been coming to Marco since she was a young girl. She turned me on to my first taste of paradise here in Marco in 1992 on our honeymoon. We have been coming back ever since.

After coming down for 9 years we really got used to getting out of the cold Minnesota winters for a couple of weeks in January. We found it was a great way to break up the long winters. Now not only are we fortunate enough to enjoy our own place on the beach of Marco, but we get to share the experience with others.

Das macht diese Unterkunft einzigartig

It's funny, our friends always ask us what we have planned for our trip to Marco and we just laugh and say 'nothing' For us that's the best part of coming to Marco Island, we don't have to plan. It's a great place to simply come and relax and take each day one at at a time. Lots of beach time, pool time, Pickleball or maybe a round of golf or two, Then it's a beverage of your choice at sunset! Not to mention the boating , fishing and shelling, walks on the beach that is part of daily life on Marco Island.
Our 2 girls have been coming to Marco since they were born. They love the beach, especially going to the beach early in the morning to look for sand dollars.
Marco Island does have plenty to do. Lots of great restaurants, fresh seafood, boat and jet ski rentals, pickle ball, golf, fishing, biking, parasailing and much more. So whether your looking to come and veg out and recharge your batteries or you want to be more active, there really is something for everyone here. Marco Island is the perfect vacation destination.
We love it and I know you will too!!
