Luxurious Mountain View Deluxe Suite which overlooks the lazy river pool and two other pools. This suite has one king sized bed and queen sleeper sofa, comfortable sitting area with a flatscreen TV, kitchenette and a large bathroom with a separate toilet room and jacuzzi. A private enclosed walkway to MGM Grand Casino and short walk to the strip. Enjoy all the restaurants and events at the Grand. Minutes away from McCarran Airport.

Property requires a refundable $100 security deposit per night at check in with the front desk. In addition, if you would like the room cleaned during your stay, there is an additional $30 charge per cleaning. This can be charged to your card on file with the front desk. Please contact me directly for this additional cleaning, as the room only gets cleaned when you checkout. I can schedule the additional cleaning at your request.

Please be advised this location is near wet Republic pool and topgolf. It can get noisy from the music during day. Wet Republic closes at 6 PM.
Also, please be advised you have access to pools at MGM Grand and lazy river, if not all 3 tower pools at signature are open.

FYI: if you would like kitchen items and utensils, please contact front desk by dialing zero on the room phone and request them. Front desk will accommodate you!

Good location; Quiet

Good location; Quiet compared to main MGM complex. 5 min walk to it but far enough to keep crouds away. Pool complex was fun. Not much of view unless you like watching planes take off. Only down side was low water pressure on shower (I get the water conservation if that is the cause)

I had the best time!

It has been so long since I have been to Vegas and this condo was perfect. The property manager called me and answered all of my at. I don’t sleep well and I slept amazingly sound in that bed. I LOVE the giant tub and shower. I will definitely stay again when I come back.

Great place - highly recommend .

This is an excellent choice. Comfy bed, very clean, all wonderful. I highly recommend staying here. We were here for the Adele concert & walked to and from Caesar’s Palace - easy walk for us as we are both over 50 and very fit.

Great view out the window of the pools. It says there is a deck/patio. I didn't have one

I would rent again. I'm still wondering why it says deck/patio in description. It didn't matter, loved the condo. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Lorenzo gets back right away with ANY questions. I saved money on food because of the kitchenette.

Perfect stay for my family. Lorenzo had everything set up for us to have an easy check-in. Everything was very clean, comfortable, and convenient. Being able to valet at the door, and be the elevator to the room in 30 seconds is ideal when traveling with luggage and kids. Would definitely stay here again

Vegas Wedding

The property was clean, and the process to check in was easy. This was very affordable for staying at the Signature. However, you get what you pay for. There is only a small pot and frying pan. There are no dishes. We wanted to cook a little to save money, but settled for freezer food to make in the microwave. We bought paper plates and utensils for our stay, and had to buy another roll of toilet paper. Since it is privately owned and you don’t get house keeping, we just consolidated the trash in the corner in plastic grocery bags. We probably could’ve messaged Lorenzo and got a quick solution, but we were so busy with the wedding. We really appreciated the free valet, and being in a gated property. We have stayed in vacation rentals that are decked out, and filled with essentials, but we were on a budget this time around and this property served our purposes. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Perfect rental!

Lorenzo's property is amazing! Pictures are accurate, condo was very clean. Great location - tower connects directly to MGM Grand hotel and casino. Comfortable bed, huge bathroom. 24/7 free valet parking (not sure why another review stated otherwise.) No plates/utensils in kitchen when we arrived, but sign in kitchen directed us to call housekeeping for any needs - and they promptly provided extra coffee, plates/cups/bowls/knives/cutting board/towels. Lorenzo responded promptly to all of my questions. Will definitely stay again. Thanks, Lorenzo!

Nice Vegas Location, Easy strip Access

Good size, very clean and quiet. Connected walkway to MGM and the strip. Excellent large bathroom with nice two person jetted tub and large shower. Easy access for Uber pickup. Great price.
